Have I mentioned lately how much I admire and respect President Bush? I am afraid that I may have been negligent doing so lately! In my opinion he will one day be remembered as one of the best presidents this country has ever had. His speech tonight was simply AWESOME! I love this man!

My very liberal mother-in-law watched tonight's speech with me and was just singing President Bush's praises! She was also horrified by Hitlery's boorish behavior. Will wonders never cease? LOL!

Senator Robert Byrd (D-KKK) is starting to look REALLY old and feeble. I wonder how the Dems would feel if we started a "death watch" for him like they did to Thurmond? Should anything happen to ol' pork-barreling racist, it's hello GOP run Senate! If they had a death watch, so can we. It's a fine example of "bi-particianship". ;-)

Speaking of Byrd, what the heck is he doing in the chair behind Bush?! That chair is reserved for Vice-President Cheney, not the Senate Pro-Temp. Thurmond never sat there while Clinton was President.

How wonderful to see these pictures after watching the speech again early this morning. They show the emotion that could not be seen as clearly on TV.

I am so grateful for President Bush. I have NEVER heard a speech that equaled the one he gave last night. Tears rolled down my cheeks last night; and this morning, the tears were even greater.
