The fact is that there is no evidence to link Milosevic to any of these events, no matter what his actual role was (and we are speaking in legal terms here, Bluester, so let's move away from the rhetoric)

No evidence? Kate, Milosevic himself admitted that he supported and financed the military and paramilitary forces in Bosnia, Croatia and Kosovo!! You obviously haven't been paying attention and reading Serbian media. And that was revealed several months ago. He told that, when he was asked where great ammounts of Serbian money went. He said they were doing a great cause, so the money went for great cause, by financing those forces! He doesn't even deny that, because he sees no problems in that, even though those same forces were responsible for horrendous war crimes against civilians!

I'm talking about legally binding evidence which can be used in court. There is very little, if any.
