TV is reporting that Michael Jackson and the gang are planning a "We Are The World" type television show to assist in raising money for the relief effort. Let's hope this encourages Ted Turner to break out his checkbook like he did for the U.N. Let us not forget Michael's problems with the Child Protection Agency.

These entertainers putting on an hour show is like one of us normal folks baking a pie for the cause, I want to see them break out their massive checkbooks.

I'm not sure Michael's concert/fund raising will have the effect we hope for. It may be more of that we are one world, peace through negotiation, don't hurt more innocent children through war crap. That's because he, like the Clinton's, care so very, very much for children. Let Hollyweird do their thing, the rest of the nation will do what has to be done so that Hollyweird can continue to exist in their fantasy world. Lets roll.

You would think a multibillion dollar industry like their's could put their money where there mouths are. Those evil capitalists have already put up over $105 million of their own money. Leave it to Hollywood to be a day late and a dollar short.

I've been waiting for Arnold S. to appear and say
"Hasta La Vists, Osama!"
Especially since Arnold's latest picture got pulled over "violence"-sensitivity.

It is a great idea. Play the "We Are The World" song superimposed with the images of the planes crashing into the towers. Then their collapsing. Then "rescue workers" trying to match up a left leg with a right leg while clearing the debris. Should make a nice "Let's Get Along" video.

That's because he, like the Clinton's, care so very, very much for children. Yeah, Michael Jackson cares for the children. And that's what worries me. Best to keep Michael Jackson far far away from children.

It's been a week and Hollyweird and the entertainment industry got a rude awakening today on Wall Street. The leftists don't know how to deal with patriotism.
This Michael Jackson fundraiser will be a good event for a great cause.

Ted doesn't have the kind of money he used to have. Notice CNN ratings of late. Mischael Jackson, the questionable pedophile, lacks his former charisma and is a has been.

Whenever I see things like this, I'm reminded of what P.J. O'Rourke wrote about the original "Live Aid", et. al. - here's a bunch of wealthy entertainers donating their time, which is, in the end, worthless, in an attempt to persuade you to give up your money. Honestly, I'd be much more impressed if Jacko just pulled out his own checkbook and made a donation, and encouraged everyone else to do the same.
Instead, we'll get a concert featuring about a dozen off-key versions of "Give Peace a Chance". Great.

If this is broadcast, we need to all tune in to the cooking channel.

All right!!! Does this mean that Britney and Justin are going to sing with Steven Tyler and mangle another rock classic?

I read earlier today that Madonna is donating her receipts from her LA concert to the children of the people who were murdered by OBL. Around l.4 million. I won't say anything bad about her today, anyway.
