The House is back in session and I believe there will be some very strong speeches of condemnation. Starting now for one hour.
TOPICS: Government; Miscellaneous
KEYWORDS:
We need to take note and hold all of them to their word.

Seeing Robert Byrd up there really gives one a sense of confidence, doesn't it?

Thanks; C-Span usually has pretty sturdy streaming media, so I will check it out.

I was watching the house, but it would be good to get comments from those watching C-SPAN2. Thanks.

This is a disgusting waste of time. The posturing by the politicians in the last 24 hours is sickening. They should be mourning and working on a declaration of war. Instead, they are pandering to C-SPAN and positioning a line or two in the Federal Record. To hell with them all.

Sorry, I had to switch it off after Puff Daschle took the floor...I truly thought I would heave. Isn't this the same crowd that thought it was no biggie when Slick played footsie with commies for campaign money and pardoned terrorists? UGH.

Did anyone notice if the black woman, an elected politician, who refused to say the pledge of allegiance said it today?

I am listening. The fact that there is so much strong response indicates this is a big deal. The time for holding those people to account lies in the future. Now it is important that we speak with one strong voice, which is what they are doing.
This is a message to all the people who are not inclined to follow President Bush, so it is very important that these people speak. This is well-orchestrated. You will hear no dissent, which indicates to me that the meeting with Congressional leaders had some pretty serious information imparted.

Thank you, MM. Two things coming together real fast; the anger of the American people, and the fact that they are finding evidence of origination in Boston. I'd be very surprised if there were not a strike by this weekend.

Ecclesiastes 3
1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven:
2 a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3 a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build,
4 a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain,
6 a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7 a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8 a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.

Exactly! All these posturing blowhards should shut up and be declaring death and mayhem on the Middle East with nukes immediately to follow. And ban anyone from Islamic countries to ever enter or immigrate into the U.S. Most of all all these Islamic centers should be shut down and people put in concentration camps. All these capitulation and touchy-feely crap and let's act responsibility is not going to make American citizens safe anymore in their own backyard as one now knows. If the U.S. doesn't respond with nukes, then U.S. has soft yellow underbelly as cowardly and treacherous as Clintons, deserving the carnage it has bend over for many times. And the U.S. shall reap what it sows by not responding with scorched earth.

Someone simply MUST gag Schumer the next time he tries to walk all over Bush's national broadcasts!

Dasshole make me heave. He really was struggling to sound fiery and sincere. He kept going on and on about absolute safety. What, is he gonna lock us in cages with armed guards so that we never get a boo boo again.

Please tell me they haven't started singing again.
You know, what's sad is that all this talk of "we are united" should make us feel united, proud, strong, etc. But thanks to the sleazebags and their filthy, worthless, traitorous deeds of the past several years, all it does it make the cynicism worse. Sorry, I just can't watch Hitlery, Chuck Schumer, Et. Al. waving the flag and cheering on the President, or believe a damn word out their socialist-slimebag mouths. They are in this only as far as it advances themselves.
