We should go to armed guards on all flights, or at least arm the cockpit and firearms train the pilot and copilot. Then a hijacker would KNOW he has something to deal withThis sounds like Martial Law, which I hope we never see in America again. Guns on planes doesn't make a lot of sense either, does it? Even the terrorists yesterday were not willing to risk downing the planes before they reached their targets. I don't know what the answer is, HiTech, but I don't think it's armed guards. LOLuv.

It's not armed marshalls on the planes that we need..it's a far more elaborate security system on the ground for screening passengers and baggage, and protecting the airplanes while on the ground...and this would cause incredible delays. Can you imagine having to check in 6 hours before a flight, or deliver your baggage the day before, or have your laptop taken apart...that's what would be required......as a people, after a few weeks, we wouldn't stand for it....
