I think Bush will be sorely misreading public reaction to this attack, if he and his staff think that bringing those responsible to 'justice' in a court will suffice. This is an act of war, and while the president doesn't want to tip his hand too early in the game, let us hope that the terrorists are attacked and destroyed, and the nation(s) harboring them are punished militarily, with those in power overthrown.
