Eric - The Russians don't mean it! It's false. They have been arming anti-american interests (and continue to do so) for years. This is a terrible thing. I can't say that I didn't think it would happen but after 8 years of a President selling your secrets, aiding your enemies, undermining your laws and gutting your military - it could be expected. btw.
