It's time to prove it! I'll stand and deliver with all Americans on my side.
I'm angry, no...I'm pissed off! I'm mad as hell, and I'm ready to die for the precepts of this nation! I'm ready for my, and my fellow Americans, Jihad. You want to see a fricking Jihad..... here comes you're Jihad like you ain't never seen, you pukeassed son-of-a-bitch! It's over, we're coming to get your cowardly ass, and we're going to hang you by the neck until you are goat food!
I SWEAR! God may never forgive me for this, but I SWEAR!

IF the airlines decided that people could no longer be armed on airplanes, I would just decide to go or not go, and everyone else could do the same. That would be their right, and mine. And, of course, the airlines would be responsible, still, for the safety of those passengers. However, the airlines did not make that regulation voluntarily. THAT is what I object to. Needless to say, deciding whether to go on the plane or not is no guarantee of safety when the same plane gets hijacked and pointed to the building where *you* work. Having a pistol in your belt will not stop an airline careening down on your desk. I agree with Texaggie79, that armed sky marshals will be needed in the future.

What We as Americans Can Do
1) Pray
2) Give blood and whatever else the Red Cross calls for.
3) Support our military and law enforcement.
4) Put aside political differences and UNITE,
no matter what we think of what President Bush
should or shouldn't do, say or not say.
4a)Save the political discussions until AFTER the crisis is handled.
HUNT DOWN AND
EXECUTE THOSE RESPONSIBLE!
UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL
God Bless America!

The impositions akin to slavery may be what is at stake between the keepers of peace and freedom and the supporters of random terror. The resolution to this problem may be in deciding what society will be required to live under restrictive security conditions that would basically remove its freedoms. Either the society justified in pursuing liberty or the one justifying itself in the pursuit of terror needs to win the fight of clamping down on the other. We may have to put a fence around terrorist lands or annihilate their terrorist elements altogether.

Armed sky marshals are fine. Better yet are armed citizens. No, a gun in my possession won't stop a plane if it's already careening toward my desk. But, then, that would mean the sky marshal and all the other armed passengers are disarmed and/or dead, too, wouldn't it?
