Several of my family members were flying home from a family reunion yesterday (including me) and all are safe. But I can't help but feel anger, rage and pain for those who lost their lives and family members today.

Don't worry if they are not on the train. All tunnels and bridges in and out of Manhatten have been closed. They will have to stay a while. I have watched reportes onthe ground only 2 or 3 blocks from the towers. I think they must be safe if they are a dozen blocks away.

Fox reporting that one side of 'E' ring of pentagon gone. Fire in 'D' and 'C' Rings still out of control.

Thanks for pointing me to this Thread.

Newt was just on FOX (audio) making the point that this is absolutely bigger than Pearl Harbor, and should be responded to as such. I agree with this - we are, in my view, AT WAR. I hope our government views it as such.

I hate symbolic stuff, but I couldn't help going out front and putting up my AMERICAN FLAG. Once it was up, I couldn't help but salute it.

i just read on another thread that reports from palistinian headquarters around the world are saying the people are 'gleeful' about this. how can this be anything other than a world war?

Those of us who have seen Clinton and his evil betrayal of America, and who saw him escape apparently unscathed, must not let up on telling the truth about what is happening today ---- he and his cronies are part of this war on America.

I think even silly Steve Doucey on Fox and Friends this morning had a troubled, impatient spirit with the continuing lies -- I didn't see it, but hear he kicked an author off the set before the tragedies happened. The liberal jackass whining author had written a book about how the Supreme Court stole the election from Gore in some Bush conspiracy.

These creeps who continue to tell lies about the election are our ENEMIES.... they will be happy to get on TV this week and blame President Bush for letting this happen.
