approved Thursday on a voice voteDon't you just love the way these cowardly Sons of Bees sneak things thru?
There really are times, when I watch C-Span and hear our "representatives" blather on about "issues" that take them years to get around to "addressing" and listen to them pat each other on the back, and do stuff like this, that I'd almost ( almost, now, not saying I don't see the danger & the downside... ) entertain the idea of a cyberdemocracy- just get rid of these fools in DC and the State capitols, and put everything to a vote by the citizens, like they do in Switzerland.
I know, you'd end up with mob rule, as diversified and big as America is, but at least everyone would have a voice- I really feel like 90% of these clowns who claim to represent me represent "everyone but me...."

And we will see another 5000 AMERICANS out of work when a factory closes. Someone needs to remind the so called congressmen charity begins at home.

I'm sure that they will continue to send us knuckle bones.
I'm sure that they will continue to sell us dog tags.
Real and newly minted and properly 'antiqued'.
Our side stopped being serious before Saigon went down.
The congressional side show has been for show only.
Gotta move on right?
After all, trade makes democratic societies and they still have plans for all those golf courses and resorts.
I wonder if they are still planning on finding oil off the gulf?

Welcome home, sailor and thank you fellow Viet Nam veteran for your service, for the post and for your present work in fighting for the release of our brothers still in Viet Nam. I emailed this a.m. my representatives in CA, Feinstein, Boxer and Sanchez (the Three Stooges) and voiced my outrage that the House of Representatives had voted to resume normal trade relations with Communist Viet Nam and demanded a quick response on how they voted. This shall not stand! Semper Fidelis, Mike

Thirty years ago, I would've sworn that this was impossible.

Congress to allow normal trade relations with Viet Nam WITHOUT full account of POW/MIA's Unfortunately, this is what can be expected from these scoundrels who call Gary Condit their "colleague.". How soon we forget!

I support this. Most of the men in Vietnam who were not recovered were simply blown to bits. It sickens me how stupid 80s movies like Rambo and Missing in Action played on the emotions of families who lost their love ones in the conflict.

Thanks for the flag.
I'm a little surprised that so many vvets think this is something new. It's been on the table for quite awhile now.
It was the United States that left their own behind. And now, the US who's gone back to find who we may....
Yes, There Is A POW/MIA Recovery Effort Underway

Obviously some our Congressthings are far more concerned with lining pockets than in the inconvenient fact that so many acknowledged POW's are still not accounted for.

Our Viet Nam Vets had to NOT only fight the enemy, but the horrible treatment they had back home by the likes of Jane Fonda and her commiunist friends......
Our Viet Nam Vets were treated to a chemical that effected their lives AFTER they came back home....
Our Government has made NO REAL EFFORT to bring so many LEFT Behind back HOME !!!!!!!
And NOW ????? NOW our government is saying they want to allow normal trade relations with Viet Nam WITHOUT full account of POW/MIA's>
UNACCEPTABLE!
To: 68-69TonkinGulfYatchClub
Heard an interview with John McCrazy on WABC late yesterday and he was absolutely giddy about this normalization of trade relations with Viet Nam. He sounded nearly hysterical with joy. So what's up with that, John???????? Further, does Congress have the last word about this?
To: 68-69TonkinGulfYatchClub
Normalizing trade would boost U.S. companies' access to Vietnam's 80 million people and improve Vietnam's economy. Thanks for the flag! It seems we subordinate everything - even our MIA's - to making money...

Do you honestly think the Senators or Representatives give a rat's a** about the POWs/MIAs? (Hint: All they care about is $$$$$$$$)
