Condit's Mafia Connections?
Ahead News ^ | 9-9-01

9.08.01 UPDATE:

Capitol Hill sources have stated to AheadNews.com that Richard Gephardt wanted to remove Gary Condit from his sensitive position on the House Intelligence Committee but after that deadline had passed he is unsure if there is precedent for removal during a session. Meanwhile, the tabloids are beating major crime news media outlets this week quoting a staffer of Gary Condit bragging about his Mafia Connections (that you first head here on AheadNews) and saying to his girlfriend "with one phone call I can make you disappear." AheadNews was the first to report that Gary Condit's bodyguard, Vince Flamini, was kicked out of the Chicago Mafia from skimming money off the top of a prostitution racket.

Gary was very selective when picking his staff and associates, they had to be blue-blooded Mafioso. The Mafia and most Democrats are very close. Look at the figures Bubba had in the White House coffees.

Nothing posted on or from AheadNews can be trusted. Don't believe a word until you read it from some credible source.

--why does that jackass Gebhardt need a precedent? Start a trend-when a Congresscritter does something that would get a civilian indicted, remove it from something as sensitive as the Intelligence Committee. Does that take a genius to figure out?

Hey, I don't doubt mafia connection at all. Condit has set up quite a machine for himself but Ahead is very questionable. I would try to verify from another source.I also think someone working for him would say this. I also read that someone overheard Condit talking to a friend in a D.C.eatery that Chandra was a kinky girl and one of her dudes probably got too rough. Of course we all know Condit was the only one she dated in D.C. I think this was Condits try at nuts and sluts and he meant for people to hear it. He also has ties to Chinagate through Gray Davis.

If, in fact, the Mafia actually exists (wink wink, nudge, nudge!), wouldn't anybody who was "kicked out" be unable to guard anyone's body? Kind of tough to be an effective bodyguard with those cement shoes on, isn't it? Especially after that pesky rigor mortis sets in!

Just a thought...

I wonder if Mr Condit ever heard of Jimmy Hoffa? Another concrete foundation being prepared perhaps?

It's so ridiculous because "precedence" has to start somewhere, sometime. Why not NOW, Mr. Dick?

WARNING: DON'T BE DUPED

lady reaper is posting threads with a lot of junk "news" stories from AheadNews.com. One of them was trying to connect Chandra Levy to a "confession" of Timothy McVeigh, based on the "fact" that the letters "C.J." appeared on McVeigh documents, and that "C.J." could have really meant "C.L." This stuff is a lot of garbage.

We already know Condit is a liar; we already know he was sleeping with Chandra. We don't need junk news to discredit Condit; we have enough credible news to do that. FR will suffer if we aren't more careful about what is posted and how seriously it is taken.

Be careful where you get your news and facts, and take a good look at the source.

Without taking anyone's side, I'll be Devil's Advocate here: What makes anyone think the mainstream press is credible? (I'm not talking about reliable investigative reporters who have a proven track record.) How do we know what is true and what is rumor? There's something called press pools that are used quite often, so we really get the same report from more than one paper/network/magazine. And at a later time, we may discover the report(s) riddled with discrepancies. Just food for thought, I think!

Look, obviously we have to take mainstream news with a grain of salt. We need to be aware of bias, etc. But verifying facts across many sources is not that hard.

The junk coming off AheadNews.com is so stupid I can't believe anyone would fall for it. Just go to their site, click on their "exclusive" story about Chandra and McVeigh. It kind of settles the issue about who is credible.

The Chicago Mafia is not a boys club. If Flamini was skimming money off the top he'd have met the same fate as Moe Green in "The Godfather".
