Oneida...I have had a hearing aid for 4 years and in Nov. I get another for the other ear. I went for years without one. Trust me...it has it's advantages. When you don't want to hear things/someone...just crank it down or pretend the battery is low. LOL
Ahhhh!!!! But the things you DO want to hear.....absolutely beautiful. Not necessarily for movies or TV....but nature.
Poor hearing runs on my Dad's side. My father, brother, and uncles all have hearing aids.
Mom's side??? Stuff cotton in their ears....take them to the next house...they will hear a pin drop. Never could fool Mom. :-)
