What is the Bush plan for the economy and the jobless figures?
In searching the news tonight I am struck at how the wires are all saying that President Bush is worried about the economy and the jobless rate. But he has no plan.
What no plan! I bet all you reporters that wrote the story had hoped W had called them personally to tell them the plan.
Maybe they should be asking Hillary Clinton why the economy is so bad. Why her husbands policies which were more than likely hers were so out of line with reality that this is the end result. Maybe if the interest rates had been lowered last summer and again in the fall that we would not be where we are now. Maybe if Gore had not been such a sore loser we would of been getting along just fine right now. Maybe if Bill hadn't gone after Micro-soft?
Reporters the story lies with The Clintons not President Bush. But don't worry President Bush will solve Bill's mess.
Hillary and Bill Clinton should be the ones that answer to the reporters as to why they let it happen.
Then Hillary should call for giant tax cuts so the economy starts rolling again. But since she is a liberal attack dog she will just attack Bush at every speech and talk she utters. She will focus and will try to pass new laws that bring about socialism to America.
What is the Bush plan for the economy and the jobless figures? Go ask Bill and Hillary. They are so smart? (Wink)lol
"Bush urges legalizing aliens"
"Man gets tax refund check for $599.99 "
There's your answer(s)
1) Appoint a panel of businessmen from various industries to determine harmful regulations. Enact their recommendations at the executive level, where possible.
2) Set up something similar to the Grace Commission to slash wasteful spending.
3) Cut the capital gains tax to 15%, regardless of the holding period.
4) Accelerate the income tax rate reductions
5) Cut the corporate tax to 25%
You to? We're going on what almost 20yrs of good economic time.
And how would you do this?
The continued stranglehold of encumbency is the greatest threat to our economy.
