To: kattracks
well, remember also that the chinese launched the second submarine of the xia class about two months ago, and this one have 14 missiles,(with w-88 warhead copy). the submarine do not have to leave coastal waters to hit the western united states.

"A second U.S. official disagreed with the Pentagon's assessment. This official said deployment by the end of the year is "in the realm of possibility but not likely" because of the need for more testing."
So there is a dispute..
And a second question:
China has 20 long range nukes right now - IS THAT the total that they possess?

China ready to deploy its first mobile ICBMs. Thanks to the communist, country-bumpkin, left-wing-superficial-vacuous-airheaded-Hollywood-crowd-loving KKKlintoons, the Gorebot and Janet BEANO.

I don't think you die hard Republicans "get it".. The Bush administation is fluffin the pillows and jumping in bed with the Chi-coms at this very minute. Just look up this story from Newsmax.com http://www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2001/9/3/210022.shtml When will people wake up and realize that ANYONE in washington can be paid off by the big corporations to get what they want. We (the ignorant and nieve and gullable and loyal to the republicans and any other conservative voice) are not going to stand in the way of this New World order, Global movement that eventially will not include are Soverien constitutional way of Government. Heck, They got Rush in there back pocket by paying him the big bucks and I can assure you that he has and will be more easily compromising in the future. Heck, CNN wants him now, if thats not a red flag then I don't know what is. I gave up party Loyalty and decided to be loyal to God, Family, and the Constitution, and just sit back and watch these polititians sell us out in increments of freedoms and securities. WAKE UP. And Get ready!!!! Its not going to be pretty.

"Mr. Rumsfeld said no one in the Bush administration has given a "green light" to China to build up its nuclear arsenal." Of course not, Bastard s.o.b. Bill Clinton did that for us!

Nothing for nothing, but giving the Chinese 43 million( or whatever it was) for causing them such an inconvenience for housing our airplane and our aircrew, doesn't send the signal that Bush means business.
Especially the namby-pamby apology we gave them.
The time to stand firm against China is now!

China continues to expand its nuclear arsenal, yet the present administration doggedly pre-occupies itself with "weapons of mass destruction" being developed by Iraq. Iraq poses no threat to the United States; China does. So why don't we impose no-fly zones over China? Why don't we implement a trade embargo?
The hypocrisy of the Bush administration's foreign policy is nauseating. We need new leadership in Washington, starting with a president who will show some backbone and fight for conservative principles.
Bush is solidifying his stature as a one-termer. Granting "guest worker" (delayed amnesty) status to 3 million illegal Mexicans is the final nail in the coffin.

Hi, kat,
Don't forget the treasonous (or nit-witted, choose one) liberal American physicists who hire and train Chinese communist grad students and post-docs in cutting edge research, including weapons research, so they can go home and make weapons like these.
Smooth move, boneheads!
Your country is really grateful for your hard espionage (I mean work).
Idiots.

... and that's why we should share our missile defense plans with China. Way to go, Bush administration.

"White House and Pentagon officials vehemently denied the reports, first disclosed in the New York Times last week."
Okay, so which one is the liar here?
Couldn't be the NYT - they never lie when it comes to distributing news on Republicans, right? No way of knowing, but it did seem strange to (reportedly) tell China they need not restrain themselves when it comes to building missles in return for backing off on our MDS.
