Well, some of you may know that I am on vacation. I am in Northern Michigan camping with friends and family. They put me on a FReeperless diet and it is KILLING ME. The fish weren't biting so they (foolishly!) sent me into "town" for some provisions and the clerk here had an internet connection. I paid him a couple of bucks and here I am! Hahaha!

I'll hide some food in the next day or so. Maybe they'll send me back here!

I myself just gave my son a 15 minute break from our studying science and French so I could run in here and take a quick peek at SS! And look what popped up!

We just don't GO places that don't have internet access anymore. A few weeks ago, we went to Boone and too late discovered Bellsouth didn't have access there (can you believe I didn't check before we left?).

I forced my niece to go with me and sign up for access through her grad program; I told her I'd pay for her for a year if we can use it when we go up there!

He doesn't fool me for ONE minute. He's still lurking to see at least a few of the responses. It's part of the addiction. If he has to, he'll tell everyone it took so long because he had a flat and had to stop and change it. :)

He's probably not responding because his hands are shaking too bad from DT's.

I didn't have a laptop, and my wife asked me why I was bringing the full tower system on our fishing trip vacation. She just doesn't understand....but at least I didn't have to sneak away to the grocery store to log on! Boy, you got it bad.

I got up late one night and my wife asked, "What's the matter?"

I answered, "I need a quickie.". I then got out of bed and turned on the 'puter. That was election night.

As the guy says, "Good Fishing".

I had to visit my mom out of state, on the day the Lewinsky scandal broke, and she has no computer! Before I left for the airport, I printed out every article I could, to read on the plane!

Mr. uvular couldn't go with me, so I left instructions for him to print out relevant articles and read them to me over the phone each night!
