As to identifying contributors, there is much controversy about this so we have decided to proceed with caution and will probably not make this kind of move until the lawsuits are resolved and FR morphs into whatever comes next.

I would never support the idea of identifying contributors ever and it's not because I haven't made a contribution yet myself.

LOL. It was a great weekend. The weather was terrible and forced me to cancel my weekend plans so I stayed here and helped raise money all weekend, fished for dollars with dl4truth and about a dozen of our favorite folks. It was fun, we enjoyed it so much. I hope you had a good one.

We are not talking about identifying contributors by their real names, just the anonomous screen names. If we listed people's real names, we'd all be audited by the IRS and have our homes bugged by all kinds of other agencies.

As I spent a few months in Lincoln Nebraska, where the state tried to dun me for a full year state taxes. Which we amicable resolved by not paying them a dime more than I owed. And in appreciation for putting the colors of the flag of Spain on the list, I will add $25, on behalf of the FReople, to each of the first four donations from Nebraska.

That will most likely be when 1John, or some other FReeper/Freeople with 1John's technical skills and access to a 'FISHING' game, are up to the CHALLENGE.

I would expect that we would have to 'chum' the waters for a 'couple of weeks' caused we scared all the fish away with our 'carrying on'. {;~)
