Nvidia’s chief executive Jensen Huang has admitted having an affair two days after the FT reported his alleged romantic relationship with a woman the US intelligence community believes was working as a spy for China’s Ministry of State Security.
Huang revealed the affair in an internal message to employees on Sunday that was obtained by the FT.
“I owe my family and all of you an apology,” he said in the message on Sunday afternoon. “I was unfaithful to my wife. My actions hurt her and our children. There is no excuse for what I did I am deeply sorry”.
In a separate statement, Nvidia said its board would open an independent investigation “in light of recent reporting that founder and CEO Jensen Huang has been the target of a foreign intelligence effort”.
The FT reported on Friday that the US government believes Huang had a romantic relationship with a Chinese woman who was recruited to spy for China’s main intelligence agency.

Saw an X post today from Nick Shirley that Bernie Sanders had $13 million in a Chicom Bank account.
NVDA will drag down the market tomorrow.
So essentially the same thing that multiple democrat politicians have done. Huang is not an elected official and has no say in passing legislation. This information is being leaked because he has been friendly with Trump over the last 2 years or so.
There’s a lot of nonsense on X.
He’s cooked.
The Nvidia board will attempt to save him but can’t see him lasting as CEO.
Huang’s wang got him in trouble.
The first question the spy asked was, “Are you well Huang?” I may have missed putting a comma in that query.
“You beautiful, charming, loyal, well-trained, and well-compensated. You get that guy. Don’t take no for answer. Your family count on you!”
He has a duty to shareholders. If he compromised that duty by disclosing trade secrets or other information, there’s liability risk to Nvidia.
And I believe he previously made public statements that there was no affair. That’s an issue of candor and trust with the Board of Directors.
He done.
Isn’t love grand?
He makes money hand over fist. Money talks, Huang walks. He stays.
So this happened in August. It would be quite a coincidence if they weren’t, ya know, connected.
“A highly sophisticated cargo heist involving $11.4 million worth of Nvidia hardware is currently under investigation by authorities after a transport vehicle vanished between California and Texas.”
Susan Rice told them they will pay for collaborating with the enemy. Not the CCP, Trump. Every CEO that was in Trumps Periphery is understandably nervous. They’re coming
If I had his money I’d quit and spend it all on women. Same as all of you. Keep the wife though. Keeps you grounded.
So President Trump made Huang have an affair?
How exactly does that happen?
I can’t keep up with all this fooling around of the rich and famous! Old MacDonald had a Girlfriend....
From the NYT:
“The New York Times reported last month that Mr. Trump was briefed roughly a year ago that the U.S. intelligence community had electronic surveillance of Ms. Huang, and believed that she was an operative working for China’s intelligence services. The surveillance revealed a close relationship between Ms. Huang and a U.S. citizen. When officials asked for the name of the U.S. citizen to be “unmasked” — given Americans’ identities are routinely protected from foreign surveillance — it was revealed to be the Nvidia chief executive.”
