Kyiv’s airstrikes have knocked 15 of Russia’s 38 major oil refineries out of operation — causing more than $23.2 billion in economic damage, Ukraine’s Military Intelligence (HUR) agency said Thursday.

Just 12 refineries are running at reduced capacity following the precision strikes, which wiped out nearly all of Moscow’s oil sector income from 2025, the HUR estimated.

The agency specifically cited five facilities that were hit as of September, including the massive Ryazan Oil Refining Company, with those refineries accounting for 33% of Russia’s total volumes.

The strikes have effectively cut Russia’s processing volumes by 55.4% compared to the beginning of the year, Kyiv added.

The attacks have served as a major headache for Moscow, which relies on its oil to fund its ongoing invasion of Ukraine.

Luckily for Putin, Zelenski has no cards to play in this war.

Clever those Ukrainians! Necessity is the mother of Invention.

When you are fighting for your very existence you can sometime buck the odds.

Our Dear Leader, North Koreans, Iranian Mullahs, and FR Putinistas are greatly saddened.

Americans (supposedly) voted for Democrats because they were angry at Trump’s war with Iran

How will they feel when Democrats’ and their Davos globalist allies turn up the war with Russia?

Seems like this is under reported news. Putin warned everyone to get out. Carefree disco nights are over in the capitol. Ai answers the question like the Russians will never bomb them again.

Considering the fact that Putin has fought for almost five years and hasn’t won, forcing a settlement in Ukraine may be far easier than dealing with the mullahs.

People are far more resilient than you seem to think. In Germany, they used old wells or dug new ones for water when the water system failed. And the Ukrainians have had years to build up resiliency, including the fact that many in Kyiv will have dachas in the country or relatives outside the city.

On the eve of the Soviet assault, the mail was still being delivered in Berlin.

Ukraine cannot win the war.
They can inflict damage.
Now they have chosen to receive.
