Ruddy: Trump Is a Winner and Right on Iran
Foxnews ^ | 11/5/2026 | Christopher Ruddy

Posted on 11/05/2026 11:10:33 AM PST by NeverTyranny

I am not naive about what happened Tuesday; in fact, I had predicted an outcome like this for some time.

But I also realize President Donald Trump has demonstrated real leadership at one of the most consequential moments in American history.

His decision to confront Iran's nuclear ambitions was courageous, necessary, and, I believe, one that history will judge favorably.

I have always been disappointed with Republicans in Congress, but I have not been disappointed with Trump.

Thanks for posting.

Ruddy “turned” during the Vince Foster days.

Now I think I can guess why.

Lol.

“His decision to confront Iran’s nuclear ambitions was courageous, necessary, and, I believe, one that history will judge favorably.”

Yes.

Fascinating, how the most important things—like the preservation of the human race—seem to get buried in all the whining and complaining.

I don’t think anybody is really reading the room.

The democrats have absolutely been assisting the Iranians with 1) UNRWA 2) pro-Hamas 3) pro Hezbolla 4) pro Huthi 5) Pro domestic sharia law 6) pro Muslim and Muslim religious based rhetoric. 4) Muslim Brotherhood pairing and support of MB associated candidates. Even support financially under Biden and Obama of Iran itself.

Trump might be right about Iran and the Bomb, but he is wrong to offend the domestic terrorists and terrorist supporters. Yes, Many Many Americans are going to die now, and I can only hope that the city the Iranians government for first is a Democratic stronghold:

Not on this one.

Progressivism is a bigger threat than Iran is or was.

Trump failed to deliver his promise to abolish the Department of Education - leaving all that power to turn republican children into democrat voters;

Meanwhile double failed to deliver on a separate campaign promise. No New Wars.

Iran is not in any way, not even CLOSE, to a threat compared to the last 100 years of progressivism.

Only the Congress can disband the DOE.

Excellent post.

We are overwhelmed by major issues here at home.

The folks who want to discuss international strategy and tactics are just playing the wrong game.

Then what is your solution for the Iran threat? Clearly the inspectors were alarmed at how close Iran was to producing a bomb.

Only the Administration can ask Congress to disband it.

Which they did not even try.

It is in fact a failed campaign promise. Most of them were promises made, promises not kept.

My solution is:

I don’t care.

We have too many enemies inside the gates.

What is our solution for the

North Korean threat

Chinese threat

Russian threat?

We are broke—cannot afford endless wars all over the world.

So—whatever solutions are proposed they better be cheap.

After we sent multiple B-1’s and B-2’s to Iran with bunker buster bombs in the Summer of 2025, Trump announced to us and the world that we had “completely obliterated the Iran nuclear program” and filled the underground labs with debris that would take years to recover from.

Was that a lie?

No politician is “ALWAYS right.” That thinking is what got us to where we are today.

Enjoy your new Democrat US Senator. Perhaps you should have paid attention to your own state.
