U.S. Marines with 1st Marine Logistics Group are presented the Holcomb Trophy for achieving the highest aggregate pistol scores during the Marine Corps Marksmanship Competition West on Camp Pendleton, California. The award was created in honor of General Thomas Holcomb, the seventeenth Commandant of the Marine Corps, who was a member of the first Marine Corps competitive rifle team. MCMC West is one of four marksmanship competitions in the Marine Corps and provides advanced marksmanship training and competition to regional units in order to enhance proficiency and small arms lethality throughout the Marine Corps. U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. John Scariano, a rifleman with Golf Company, 2nd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, aims down sight while training with Honduran Marines during exercise CENTAM Guardian 2024at Puerto Castilla, Honduras. The U.S. Marines instructed Honduran Marines in detainment, military operations in urban terrain, and various other infantry tactics and techniques. Marines of Company G are in Honduras participating in exercise CENTAM Guardian 24, a multi-national exercise which facilitates multi-lateral cooperation and training exchange. Air Force Reserve Crews over Southern California with the 370th FLTS from Edwards Air Force Base provide aerial refueling from a KC-135 to a Lockheed Martin F-16 Block 70 aircraft for the Royal Bahraini Air Force. The F-16 Block 70 is currently in developmental test with the 416th FLTS, Airpower Foundations Combined Test Force at Edwards. Class was great. Hubby is teaching the class on The Life Of Jesus.

Quiet day here. Had light rain with a brief heavy hit before it moved out of the area.
Messed around on the computer and did a little housework. A real exciting day. LOL

It’s a bit windy, but not THAT bad. Not sure what the deal is. Hubby said he got a text from our electric company saying “it would be off till about 10pm, but at that time parts were off and parts were on. Weird.

Well, wish you had gotten more rain! Your day sounds like most of mine, but I like it that way. I do NOT need excitement. LOL!

He teaches all of them. We have very few men who can teach in our small congregation.

Not Face book but FR has been running real slowwww, almost ready to give it up, ever since JimRob passed the whole site has been going to crap.

FR stopped for me for a while. I just got it to work again.
I’ve spent little time here for a while. This crap has gone on for two months and has gotten very old.

I think maybe John R might be AWOL. He was the one that kept things running...making all those trips up to northern CA. His dad isn’t here to push him to do it. [I hope I don’t get banned for that. LOL!]

PS...we still have no electricity. It’s getting a bit chilly here in the house now. Wish they’d get on the ball out there!
