People need to stop making such an assumption. What is true is that one big reason for the losses is that people vote with their wallets. The Dems were very good at driving home the “affordability” bus. The media played that up every chance it got. Trump did not help with his grandiose plans for things like the arch. I honestly think that we would not have seen such losses if someone had kept Trump off of Truth Social. At times he was his own and the Republicans worse enemy.
Yes, it would be possible. It’s pretty easy to find a Demonrat judge to throw out the charges, if charges are even brought.
