LaLiga president Javier Tebas has met with China's Ambassador to Spain, Yao Jing, to "find solutions" to the Kylian Mbappé alleged dictator comment.

Comments made by the Real Madrid striker regarding a "meme" comparing him to Mao Zedong, the founder of the People's Republic of China, sparked controversy in the Asian country.

EFE reported that Chinese state broadcaster CCTV suspended evening broadcasts of LaLiga matches and any games involving Mbappé.

"Today I held a meeting with the Chinese Ambassador to Spain to discuss the situation arising from Kylian Mbappé's comments and to seek solutions to move past this incident," Tebas wrote on X.

"Over recent years, LaLiga has worked closely with the Chinese authorities, football organisations, broadcasters and businesses in the country to promote the growth and popularity of Spanish football in China, while also contributing to the development and growth of Chinese football itself by sharing our experience, expertise and resources."

Essentially, Mbappe, a high level French soccer player/footballer who plays for Real Madrid, commented on a meme about him. He stated that the meme compared him to 'that Chinese dictator Mao'. The almost psychotic reaction to his comment by the Chinese government (and some Chinese citizens) is unreal. If you can't call Mao Zedong a dictator, who can you call a dictator?

The Chinese are sure sensitive about how their mass murdering, commie bastard of a dictator is portrayed. It could be worse, the soccer player could have said he looks like Winnie the Pooh or made some other insult worthy of a death sentence.

Mbappe can ask John Cena for lessons on how to properly kowtow to the Chinese when required.

Mao was a Revolutionary.

As Mao said -”in a truly marxist society, even the breath you take is a political act.”

Communist is built on a foundation of lies. It is built on false assumptions about reality.

As the reality sinks in, those in power require everyone they control to repeat and enforce the lies which everyone now knows are lies.

“Doublethink means the power of holding two contradictory beliefs in one’s mind simultaneously, and accepting both of them.”
― George Orwell, 1984

“The Ministry of Peace concerns itself with war, the Ministry of Truth with lies, the Ministry of Love with torture and the Ministry of Plenty with starvation. These contradictions are not accidental, nor do they result from from ordinary hypocrisy: they are deliberate exercises in doublethink”
― George Orwell, 1984

“To know and not to know, to be conscious of complete truthfulness while telling carefully constructed lies, to hold simultaneously two opinions which cancelled out, knowing them to be contradictory and believing in both of them, to use logic against logic, to repudiate morality while laying claim to it, to believe that democracy was impossible and that the Party was the guardian of democracy, to forget whatever it was necessary to forget, then to draw it back into memory again at the moment when it was needed, and then promptly to forget it again: and above all, to apply the same process to the process itself — that was the ultimate subtlety: consciously to induce unconsciousness, and then, once again, to become unconscious of the act of hypnosis you had just performed. Even to understand the word ‘doublethink’ involved the use of doublethink.”
― George Orwell, 1984
