Running a political campaign is no easy feat. For Democrat Mary Peltola, the former congresswoman from Alaska who is running against Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan for a Senate seat, things just got more difficult after she was injured in a three-vehicle accident Saturday as she was headed to the Alaska Federation of Natives’ annual banquet.
The Anchorage Police Department reported the Democrat Senate nominee's vehicle was rear-ended and then hit a third vehicle.
Luckily, no one was seriously injured, but Peltola will have to cancel several campaign events even though we’re only nine days away from the crucial midterm election.

I knew a guy whose father was “Ed Sullivan” and he was invited and went to the TV show with others named Ed Sullivan for a funny event on the show.

Fake accident if I ever saw one.

My son shares a name with an NFL player.
He gets lots of interview requests and texts from media and fans.
He gets a kick out of it.
Was she drunk, did she use any racial slurs after the accident, she is known for that ya know, but after all she was just having a bad day
Odd, since Alaska has many Inuits and they are known for their careful driving. Hope she recovers quickly.
