Federal Lawsuit against California shows 28.8% of noncitizens are voting

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT 🚨 Federal Lawsuit against California shows that 28.8% of noncitizens in California HAVE A VOTING HISTORY

California elections are not legitimate, noncitizens are voting at an extremely large scale

- Los Angeles County elections officials took a sample batch of 200 ballots - The 200 ballots were taken from a sample of 20,000 that the Trump Admin says are noncitizens - Of the 200 ballots that were taken, 71.2% of the 200 have no voting history

This means 28.8% of the noncitizens ballots DID have a voting history

Nearly 30% of noncitizens are voting in California elections based on this sample. I’ll bet it’s much higher

The SCOTUS should strip California of the power to administer its elections under Article IV section 4 of the Constitution. It requires the federal government to ensure that every U.S. state has a government run by the people (popular sovereignty) and based on elected representation.

Congress passed the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 which requires states to maintain clean voter rolls and ensure that only US citizens can vote. California is willfully violating that by allowing non citizens to vote. As such, the federal government needs to take over the administration of elections in California until such time as California can demonstrate to the SCOTUS that it can and will lawfully administer elections.

Technically, that only proves that votes are being cast for almost 30% of non-citizens; it doesn’t prove the non-citizens actually cast the votes.

Given that the voting takes place by mail, what really happens is hidden by the mail in process

Not true.

California is encouraging illegals to vote.

You make a good point, and with the level of “Ballot harvesting” in CA, that 28% is likely in large part done through those mechanisms...but the fact remains....if this data is accurate, the overwhelming majority of those votes go to the Dems...meaning they get at least a 25% advantage in elections.

it seems to imply that California (the California Secretary of State along with the Governor) cannot claim that all ballot signatures are verified to be legally legitimate (yes?).

There needs to be some nuance here. I'd wager that many non-citizens are actually showing up to vote. However, the real kicker is that many more -- probably millions -- were registered to vote illegally, sent a mail-in ballot, and had that mail-in ballot filled in and harvested by Democrat operatives.

That is the real purpose for registering illegals to vote--to generates millions of ballots that they could illegally vote by proxy.

200 is a real small sample.

The illegal aliens are just voting for Democrats that Californians won’t vote for.

Remember this next time you think Californians are getting what the voted for.

If it can’t be handled any other way, how about just not accepting ANY California votes until they get this straightened out?

"The SCOTUS should strip California of the power to administer its elections under Article IV section 4 of the Constitution. "

And the DOJ should arrest California State and City Election Board administrators and ship them to Gitmo for interrogation.

True. But in either case, it proves that California is violating its constitutional obligations to have a republican form of government and it is violating obligations to maintain clean voter rolls as set forth by Congress in the National Voter Registration Act. It is doing so willfully and systematically. As such, the federal courts need to strip California of its power to administer elections just as they imposed pre clearance on the Southern states when they were violating the 14th amendment and the Voting Rights Act when they were disenfranchising Black voters in the early 1960s. The federal courts have already established this precedent.

Every invalid ballot that is counted disenfranchises a valid voter.

The federal courts did exactly this when they imposed pre clearance on the Southern states when they were violating the 14th amendment and the voting rights act by disenfranchising Black voters in the early 1960s.

Who can vote is not a partisan issue. Its fundamental to the constitution.
