Elon Musk ordered the Starlink restrictions that disabled Ukrainian drones, defenses - report
The Jerusalem Post ^

Posted on 10/20/2026 8:45:24 PM PDT by USA-FRANCE

Elon Musk was behind the speed restrictions placed on the military-grade version of Starlink used by Ukrainian forces, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday night, citing US officials and people familiar with the matter. SpaceX first placed a limit on some services in Ukraine on October 13 without warning. Ukrainian officials at the time feared the move by Musk's company may have been made at the request of US President Donald Trump. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine was unable to use its interceptors against Russian drone attacks as a result of the restrictions on Saturday, saying that Ukraine had been told that they had been caused by technical issues. Trump said on Friday that he did not think he or Musk was responsible for Ukraine losing Starlink access in a way that affected its military operations against Russia and told reporters on Monday that he didn't know who was responsible but "would like to find out."

If this is true, it’s an act of treason by Musk. It killed many innocent civilians for nothing. He did this behind Ukrainian's back (how courageous) as they are trying to defend their country and families against relentless Russian ballistic missiles raining down on civilian apartments in the middle of the capital of Kiev. Civilians died in their sleep.

Frankly, if Musk did this... it's demonic. No Christian could do such a thing against Ukraine which has previously bled for America by sending troops to Afghanistan and Iraq - Yes, helping America.

The Hearsay Post contributes to the chain of hearsay. How many degrees of hearsay does it take for hearsay to become truth?

Please explain how this is an act of treason by Elon Musk.

Cite specific United States of America law, Constitutional articles, amendments, etc.. to bolster your claim.

Personally, I'm unsure how an act like this, which did not impact U.S. Security, U.S. Armed Forces or U.S. National Security at risk, and therefore qualifies as "treason."

That is a totally ignorant comment.

If Musk actually did this, do you think for one minute that it wasn’t at the behest of our military and under orders of our President?

I think Trump is sick of Zelensky and his stealing our money.

Ukraine is a corrupt state that has totally abandoned free elections. Time to accept reality and make peace with Putin and get the best deal they can

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

So according to your philosophy if a woman gets assaulted by a gang of thugs and you happen to be witnessing the scene from a distance, you would NOT call the police, because it could endanger the thugs lives !?

Is that your Christian values?

>> How many degrees of hearsay does it take for hearsay to become truth?

Truth is unimportant — it’s only the seriousness of the hearsay charges that is significant.

I don’t know if it violates any laws or moral obligations, but it clearly demonstrates why we should be considering some timely action that applies “public utility” principles to business organizations of such scale that our current methods simply don’t address the risk of single-point failure, like Starlink clearly is for its users. Wouldn’t hurt to dust off those neglected anti-trust laws as well.

So by your logic, Ukraine is the defenseless woman and Russia is the gang of thugs? How many times has Zelensky turned down a peace treaty? I’ve lost count.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

No, Trump is a Christian, he could never have given such an order.
That would amount to helping the Russia-North Korean Alliance military and proactively helping them in their illegal war of aggression against a sovereign country America is allied to! Yes, Ukraine has helped America in two wars.

Do I really need to remind you that the US administration is NOT part of the Russia-North-Korea Alliance. Right? So let’s stop those crazy assumptions of Trump waging war against Ukraine by helping Russia / North Korea militarily.
That will never happen.

Elon though is a half genius / half crazy guy consuming a lot of drugs. He could have done such a thing against our ally Ukraine.

Again, don’t bring Trump in this. He would never have committed such an atrocity which ended up killing many innocent sleeping civilians in the capital of Kiev.

You can believe what you want. But Trump and our Military know the truth. In one form or another they are still getting American aid. Ukraine and Zelensky are sucking up American money and that is why the criminals in Kiev want this war to continue:

AI “Direct U.S. government support for Ukraine has dropped sharply under the Trump administration, with only about $540 million in new aid delivered or trickling through the pipeline since January 2025, following roughly $130 billion sent during the Biden administration.

“How many times has Zelensky turned down a peace treaty? I’ve lost count.”

>>>>>>>>

Zelensky has accepted ALL of Trump’s peace plans.

He even stopped attacking Russia`s oil refineries for three days after Trump announced that an energy ceasefire had been reached. Yes, three days!
And during those 3 long days guess what Putin did? He pizzed on Trump’s energy ceasefire and instead doubled down bombarding Ukrainian energy infrastructure, non-stop!

Then of course after those horrific 3 days of letting Russia bombing Ukraine, Ukraine said “enough is enough” - and they FINALLY resumed their defensive attacks on Russian MILITARY targets and energy used by the Russian military.

You have apparently been sleeping under a rock.

Sorry to bust your bubble and your phony argument about “what a Christian should do”
Zelensky and unelected regime in Kiev are a bunch of corrupt criminals keeping this war going for their own profit. Millions of Ukrainians and Russians have died since he could have ended this was 4 years ago. A true Christian can tell the difference between a good leader and an evil one. Obviously you can’t.
