Federal agents collared suspects in a slew of voter fraud cases Monday morning, chasing targets across California drawn from a list of more than 20,000 suspected noncitizens in the state who allegedly registered to vote in next month’s midterm election.
Under the effort dubbed “Operation Protect the Vote,” law enforcement authorities sought more than two-dozen foreign nationals charged with fraudulently registering to vote in US elections, in which most of them allegedly cast illegal ballots.
Homeland Security Investigations swooped on the Commerce home of Alexander Muñoz around 6 a.m. in one of the arrests.
The agents pounded on the front door, calling for Muñoz to come out. He emerged and was taken into custody.
Authorities say Muñoz, 72, a Belizean national, fraudulently registered to vote in September 2019, claiming his was a US citizen. He then voted in US elections in 2020, twice in 2022, and in 2024.
Muñoz also lied on his application to become a naturalized US citizen, when he falsely stated under oath to have never claimed to be a citizen, investigators say. He faces felony charges, including making false statements in a naturalization application.

It was unclear immediately how many had been apprehended. Prosecutors planned a press conference for later Monday morning to provide details.
The arrests of alleged noncitizen voters were the latest escalation in a federal effort to tackle electoral wrongdoing in California, something local officials have denied is a widespread problem.

It appears California doesn’t need voters they have everyone’s name to make the call who’s in or out.
More D’s then R’s wins isn’t by accident.
Now, how would the Feds know who’s registered to vote. Heh heh.
The very tip of the iceberg. Please come to Oregon.
Since this whole thing started, I have thought that was the unsaid goal of all of this activity, they are arresting of people who did vote illegally, and the publicly stated potential of prosecuting of people who made that possible.
Additionally, the very Public mention of sending federal election observers to all the states to monitor the state elections.
I think all of this is deliberately done, as a backstop to not having passed the SAVE America Act.
That would’ve obviously been better, but this at least is meant as a deterrent to illegality, in my opinion.
The scumbag Democrats and other Leftists at all levels are still going to engage in Election Fraud, but there are going to be many people who will think twice and opt out who, in the past, would have done it without fear, and without question.
Americans need to demand that Californication is thrown out of the election process. The Slobs are dishonest cheaters.
Reportedly, organized crime syndicates in California collect loose mail-in ballots and sell them in bundles to the highest bidder.
This is what I voted for.
“It never happens or is extremely rare.”
Lather, rinse, repeat....
.
Deported for illegally voting? Ilhan should be taking notes.
Just so I’m clear, where are with in regards to the MSM reporting on illegals voting?
Are we still at “It never happens”, or have we transitioned to “It happens, but not enough to sway an election”?
(And how long before they swap to the inevitable “Yes they vote in our elections, they live here, and they need representation, so their voting is a good thing!”?)
Dems hope we will only notice the tip and not look any further. It's their strategy for plausible deniability.
“(And how long before they swap to the inevitable “Yes they vote in our elections, they live here, and they need representation, so their voting is a good thing!”?)”
Oh, I suspect we are just hours away from “their voting is a good thing”.
They'll then focus on the actual number of criminal CONVICTIONS for voter fraud, which is very hard to prove in court, and likely is years down the road due to legal stalling.
Makes no difference. Vote or not, they are counted by the Legislature in drawing the electoral map for California, determining how many congressional districts and where. That was determined already.
Some close races are decided by fewer than a thousand votes. Twenty thousand illegals registered to vote is theft of an election. Democrats knew what they were doing when they opened the doors of the country to third world illegals - people who would NOT have a problem voting for democrats illegally.

But the real perps many not hear.

Belize, known for its ancient Mayan ruins, received approximately $41.26 million in total official development assistance (tax dollars “foreign aid”) in 2024 according to data from Statbase.org, up from $31.87 million in 2023.
Key Breakdown of U.S. and International Aid to Belize:
• U.S. Bilateral Assistance (FY 2025): The U.S. government committed or obligated roughly $3.51 million in traditional bilateral foreign aid through agencies like the Department of State and the Peace Corps, as reported by USAFacts.
• Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compact: In September 2024, Belize and the MCC signed a major $125 million compact (backed by an additional $40 million matching contribution from the Government of Belize) focused on education reform and energy security.
• Security & Law Enforcement: Through the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, the U.S. has allocated about $3 million annually to help professionalize Belize’s police force, border security, and justice sectors.
