ST. LOUIS — The entire day had been building to this moment. First there was the procession, then the readings and songs and the sponsors who explained why they felt she was ready for what was to come.
She prostrated before the altar inside the old church, her chest heaving with emotion as the Litany of the Saints was said. She sat in a folding chair, tears trickling down her cheeks, while each person in the pews came forward to place their hands on her head in a quiet blessing.
And as the noon hour arrived and Anna Girresch — Annie to those who know her — held out her hands to be anointed with oil, it felt like all 70-plus people in attendance collectively held their breaths as the ritual neared its culmination.
It came seconds later, when a bishop raised Annie’s right hand toward the ceiling and, “with great joy,” introduced her as a newly ordained Catholic priest.

There no women priests in the Catholic Church. Any bishop who tries to consecrate any female would be excommunicated and have his faculties taken.

Did they name the bishop? Did they say he is a Roman Catholic bishop?
These women “priests” are as legit as a $3 bill, or me running around saying I am King Charles.
Jesus had plenty of opportunity to make women Apostles. He didn’t.
Deal.
The "bishop" was also a woman, so invalidly ordained and consecrated. So the whole thing is invalid from top to bottom. And a farce.
As an aside, this ignorantly written article includes lots of pictures of these so-called "priests" and their supporters. Never have I seen such a butt-load of ugly women and wimpy looking men.
The feminization of the Church has been the problem. I highly doubt we’d have so many “LGBT friendly” Churches if women weren’t in leadership.
As a woman and a long-life Catholic no women priests!!!!!
As to the "bishop," one finds "In 2014, Mary was ordained a priest by Bishop Joan Houk of the Roman Catholic Womenpriest reform movement."
So nothing in the lineage goes back to an actual Roman Catholic bishop or an original Roman Catholic bishop. Just cosplay after cosplay, now in a couple of iterations.
Saying something many times is not proof of something being correct, actual or true.
There have been a number of "reform movements." Protestant denominations are the many iterations of said reform.
Pagans had/have priestesses.
Lutherans who ordained pastoresses had to become their own denomination (ELCA), in accordance with II Corinthians 6:17, so that those who follow Christ can be separate from them.
OTOH, the Catholic church, to misquote Hammer, is too legit to split. Since the hierarchy is more concerned with ending the Latin mass than removing heresy, the infestation will continue.
Sheesh.

The picture with the article shows a female "priest" with blue hair. Unfortunately, the paywall clicked on before I could capture the link. I got a link from a similar article which gives you an idea of what we are in store for with women priests. But then again, anyone who has seen the insufferable, sanctimonious Liberation Theology activist nuns who somehow made their way into the Church already knows what is coming.
I'm guessing that one may be genetically male, if not a valid priest.
Sacrilege is their choice. Hell is their result.
The Catholic hierarchy is chock full of homosexuals. It’ll make room for the dykes soon enough.
Purple hair. Perfect.
Can you say, “reformation”. Sounds like they are starting their own. Happens from time to time.
There’s a name for female Catholic priests: Episcopalians. Lesbian bishops and priests gutted the Episcopalian and wear it as a skin suit.
From the church of “what’s happin’nin now”
" think that life is a very sad piece of buffoonery; because we have in ourselves, without being able to know why, wherefore or whence, the need to deceive ourselves constantly by creating a reality (one for each and never the same for all), which from time to time is discovered to be vain and illusory . . . My art is full of bitter compassion for all those who deceive themselves; but this compassion cannot fail to be followed by the ferocious derision of destiny which condemns man to deception."These females now over a couple of iterations of fakery in a "laying on of hands" are that deception to which they themselves make condemnation -- proudly. Were you to look further into them, you would find that their "congregations" are few and far between, numbered in the tens, as they beg for donations. Their success may be measured by their failure to prosper.
A very sad and delusional piece of buffoonery....
