Apparently the FR search is as well. Happy hunting! πππΊπΈ
To the woke lib communists that may be monitoring FR: You stupid basstids don’t want to inforce federal immigration laws, sanctuary cities and other BS.
Well guess what? we won’t inforce NFA laws. Stick that up your rotten, anti-American, communist arses...sideways. Spit.
Every single, solitary gun owner in the USA should get out and vote in this mid-term election. If, for nothing else, as a “thank you” for this change.
A full repeal of the NFA, and the 1968 GCA would be amazing, but I doubt it’s going to happen any time soon. Hopefully in the states that don’t insist on enforcing key provisions of the NFA at the state level, like registration, will help contribute to suppressors, SBRs and SBSs, even AOWs coming more into “common use”, and thus bolster things going forward while we still have a ...somewhat...friendly U.S. Supreme Court.
The ATF is coming up with a "process" to address this requirement, per their FAQ on the recently published guidance. Form 4473s with NICS for SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs may not happen.
There’s a huge grey area. My state says you can buy SBR’s so long as they are in compliance with federal law. The federal law hasn’t changed, they’re just choosing not to enforce it. So would my state consider me to be in violation of state law by buying a SBR, even though the feds aren’t enforcing?
