Trump agreed to Russian oil deal after Zelensky defied him

Donald Trump agreed to buy diesel from Vladimir Putin after Volodymyr Zelensky ignored his requests to stop bombing Russian oil refineries, sources have said.

Mr Trump announced on Friday that Putin would "immediately supply more than 300,000 tons of diesel fuel to the American and global marketplace", followed by another 1.5 million tons before the end of the year.

The US president is facing pressure from voters over the cost of fuel before November's midterms as diesel prices have soared around 70 per cent since he launched a war against Iran. On Friday, a gallon of diesel cost $6.28, up from $3.68 a year ago.

A US official told Axios that Mr Trump had made the deal after the Ukrainian president ignored requests to stop attacking Russian refineries.

"Zelensky is misreading the room. By continuing to hit refineries, he is eroding the goodwill that he has built with Trump over the last six months," the official said.

Ukraine's campaign targeting refineries has caused an energy crisis in Russia. However, the country has a surplus of diesel fuel, which it can begin exporting to the US.

Mr Zelensky said the sale would fund "further terror and perfidy" in his country.

After the announcement, Russian strikes on the south-eastern city of Zaporizhzhia killed at least eight people on Saturday, including three children, and wounded 16 more.

The deep state needs Trump gone. This is first on their list.

So they tell Zelensky to destroy Russian refineries, which keeps gas prices high.

Knowing how to produce diesel fuel is not what America lacks.

America, until recently, lacked the intention to get rid of the infiltrators and the dirty deeds of the communists.

The communists have eliminated our refineries. But finally, we’re getting rid of the communists and other parasites.

It seemed like just yesterday (September 18, 2026) that Trump signed into law the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026 which placed significant sanctions on Russian oil and financial institutions. Whimsy to the point of absurdity.

He hit them again, after the agreement. Some people, like that little turd, just don’t learn. I can hear them now -— “Yay! We hit them again!” Very short sighted. They’re going to fool around and lose a lot more than the war.

Energy prices are volatile. Even a small surplus or shortage has immediate effect on prices.

If Putin called it quits, and pulled his troops back, there wouldn’t be attacks of any kind from Ukraine.

The world is waking up to the fact Russia has much of what the West needs…..
Trump’s deal with Russian diesel will only cost us $ 4. 5 billion, the alternative is much, much worse.( inflation, bankruptcies, shortages).

That said, our Ukie war cheerleaders are having a meltdown, another cool $4.5 billion cash into Vlads wallet….little man Z’s expiration date is nearing.
( especially since he attacked specifically a Russian Diesel storage facility one hour after Trump’s speech.)….that was Diesel going to the US…

America should NOT enable wars by partly financing Russia’s ongoing illegal war. As you know, Russia is arming and helping Iran’s nuclear research program. They recently and very OFFICIALLY signed a 25 billion dollar NUCLEAR deal for Iran for God’s sake! Russia is building up Iran as the new nuclear monster in the region.
Trump said “no more nuclear of any kind for Iran”, then suddenly he helps them via Russia... Madness.

Trump puts the entire Republican Party in jeopardy. Let’s not forget that the Republicans in congress recently voted for a massive new sanctions bill against Russia and YES it was signed into LAW by Trump!

Thus, if Trump really goes forward with his plan to buy Russian oil, he would be in violation AGAINST American Law and against his very own signature!

This is unprofessional, illegal and clownish.
And it puts Americans security LAST.

ALSO :
Brussels — President Donald Trump on Wednesday accused fellow NATO ally Germany of being beholden to Russia because it buys energy from Moscow, in pointed remarks ahead of a summit of the military alliance in Brussels.
“Germany is a captive of Russia,” Trump said at a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, his first since arriving in the Belgian capital. “It’s very inappropriate.”

Trump went on to complain that the United States is expected to “defend them against Russia,” despite Germany making “billions of dollars” in energy payments to Moscow.

How much are we getting (if it ever gets here)?

Total global diesel consumption 118.3 metric tons.

Since our diesel is priced globally, the minuscule amount Putin promised won’t move the needle.

With this diesel deal and the removal of all sanctions, I guess we and Russia are now partners.

At least in the short term, it will knock a few dimes off the price of diesel…./s
