“Believe survivors,” the campus activists and leftist politicians admonish us.
But which “survivor” statements are we supposed to believe?
In the weeks following her alleged gang rape at a Cornell University frat house in 2024, “Jane Doe” was unequivocal: She had not been raped.
A day after the incident, she texted one of her sex partners, saying “non (sic) of the sexual stuff was illegal and honestly I really liked being with u” — and she suggested another get-together.
The next day she texted him again, including an affectionate note: “I luv you king.”
She angled herself an invitation to the annual Halloween party at the frat where she was allegedly raped.
Up to that point, Doe’s statements and her behavior had been consistent: She considered herself a voluntary participant in group sex, after she’d deliberately downed 10 shots of alcohol.
After the alleged assault she solicited further contact with her rapists, considered them her friends and sought to revisit the crime scene for more partying.
For an actual rape victim, such behavior is inconceivable.
But the rumor mill was circulating: Jane Doe’s sorority mentor told her that people were shaming her as a “slut.”
The frat’s president disinvited her from the party “for her own good.”
Doe was furious.
That’s when she played the assault card, nearly a month after the incident.
Yet the campus rape industry cannot tolerate Doe’s earlier honest self-evaluation.
If females take full responsibility for their own behavior, the lucrative, bureaucracy-bloated grift will come crashing down.
So the college assault complex has a surefire method for erasing such moments of clarity: Don’t believe those “survivor” statements.
Females are only credible as purported victims.
As NPR put it last week, a victim’s initial statements “often cannot be taken at face value” because they are the...

"Believe al women" except when it doesn't fit the narrative.
It’s the “Cornell 8”, not the “Cornell 7” as she did consent and was a willing participant.
I wonder how often college women consider making false accusations of rape.
It’s 1 month before an election.
Hochul in NY has appointed Female Al Sharpton to “investigate” this 2 year-old case, while Sally Yates, Obama deep-state insider, is now “consulting” with Cornell
This can’t be any more obvious, can it?
She put herself into this position by wanting to act like a porno star. I do feel sorry for her. She is now a pitiful figure of ridicule, but she refuses to take any responsibility for her actions.
Were the men involved imbeciles? Yes, but trying them in the court of public opinion and leaving her very, very heinous actions out of the discussion is unfair. Perhaps this sordid action should be used as cautionary tale for other young men and women attending college.
With ZERO info on the event (which is disgusting in any case), calls for castration were being shouted from the roof tops. I did hear yesterday that the cornell student handbook mentions polyamory{?} and group sex as viable possibilties.........
🤪🤓🤡
Correct me if I am wrong, also, this is going to be a civil trial, I understand, and this allows discovery into a lot more areas that this woman probably will not like.
Rarest animal in the universe...A woman who takes responsibility for her actions.
They are trying to make it a criminal case.
Those poor oppressed women of Cornell only represent 60% of the graduates.
> I wonder how often college women consider making false accusations of rape.
For some it’s every Sunday morning, after they sober up and walk home wearing the same clothes they wore to go out to party Saturday night.
I hate everybody involved with this case.
You mean the Sluts and Nuts who accused Bill Clinton?
Until tish james gets her talons in it. Will criminal charges come to be? If the screeching harridans get their way they will. 😠
When I was in college 50 years ago, there was a girl who had this certain reputation. And guys talked about how they took turns with her sometimes.
I think sometime some unsavory activities happen, but such unsavory activities don’t rise to the level of a crime.
If everything was consensual, and the local DA reviewed this case and declined to take the case 2 years ago, why is this now suddenly such a high profile case?
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I heard the local DA declined to take the case. Now for some reason, Kathy Hochul has decided this is in outrageous miscarriage of justice???
Stay tuned.
If it’s true that they texted for others to come into the room and participate, that is criminal.
Well, she is a "modern" woman, so that tracks.
Regret isnt rape. Womens bad personal sexual choices arent rape. Womens drunken sexcapades arent rape. If we’re going to exclude people from consequences when drunk or “muh hormomes”, it better equally apply to both sexes, otherwise thats not law, that double-standard hypocritical privilege.
“ If females take full responsibility for their own behavior…”
HAHAHAHAHA!
HOBOHOHOHO!!
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Stop it. You’re killing me here!
Repeal the 19th.
