Obviously you have missed other reports where crash victims are not only robbed and assaulted but raped. People do terrible things to vulnerable, injured females.

Even before the developments of the lovely times we live in lately, you already had the right to leave the scene of an incident if you feel that you are in danger or being threatened and intimidated.
You just need to do your due diligence to notify law enforcement. Going to a police station is proof that you were not trying to evade responsibility.

Gee-whiz, it all sounds so wonderful. I must have misjudged them somewhere along the line and I can’t remember why.
I had to watch the video to find out if the victim was being accused of a hate crime or if she was accusing the mob of Arabic men of a hate crime for attacking her. It’s the latter. If the victim was white and this happened in Britain, the victim would be charged with the hate crime.
I wonder if it was American reporters James Foley, Steven Sotloff and Daniel Pearl all being beheaded by Muslims practicing hospitality to strangers to their lands.
