Everyone is not struggling to pay for gas and food. Some are complaining but we all know....prices go up....or the product gets smaller. We down to 2 oz on liquid dish soap.

As FR's representative in Denton, I can assure you that this is not a safe space for MAGA. About 1/3 of the county is down-home Texan, 1/3 is leftist university-ers (two unis in the town, UNT and TWU), 1/3 recent Hindumuslimbuddhistsikh immigrants. In the most recent local election for two positions, the leftist won the first by 50 votes out of about 15000, and the other leftist lost by 50 votes.
The factory is probably the closest to a not-unsafe place.
P.S. Unfortunately I will not be going, partly because I am watching over a 6wo newborn, and partly because it will probably be raining about 5" beginning tomorrow and ending some time after he leaves, the vestiges of Hurricane Polo.
Well, I couldn’t help but some things have been adjusted more than others quite a bit. Some seemed to be outrageously adjusted for inflation, others very little. Naturally, the things we use & need a lot of seem to to be readjusted the most. Many of those things are the ones seniors require.
Pretty soon, with today’s economy & prices in particular...maybe they will allow you to make payments on money for candidates.

Perhaps he will. But I’m not voting for him, and I know several other folks who typically vote Republican who are not voting for him. I’m assuming there are others out there in our situation and mindset as well. How many? Who knows.
Paxton might squeak out a win, but it’s undeserved. The state of Texas is not in good shape unless you are on the top end, and it’s getting worse. The same party has now been in place for 30 years. Abbott is running for a FOURTH term.
I don’t think Talarico and Hinojosa are the answer, but I know that Paxton and Abbott are not.
