Clint Curtis shared over the phone on Wednesday that he was interviewed by agents with the FBI, DOJ, and DHS about his claims of fraud in the 2026 election. He said he provided agents with testimony and materials supporting his claims. However, he said he was still unsure whether he needed to comply with a federal subpoena requiring him to appear before a grand jury in Sacramento.

Optional subpoenas?

I think that the purpose of subpoenas to to compel the appearance of witnesses before a judge and or jury.

I don’t know

but I think clints statement was aimed at those
talking about “ law “ at the county ,state and fed level.

Along the lines of “ which law(s) “ are to be followed.

Keep in mind Clint says he saw iirc evidence of fraud ,,

, multiple paper thicknesses,
pre filled printed not penned vote circles,,ect.

Date set to shred Shasta County's 2024 ballots; federal agents interview Clint Curtis

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

If this were a better world, ballots would be preserved as possible evidence of state ballot box fraud which is punishable under Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A).

In fact, note the zero tolerance "hair triggers" in that section that the Supremes, Pence and the J6 Congress wrongly ignored imo when lawmakers voted to accept Biden's electoral votes in 2020 despite allegations of vote-counting problems.

Additionally, unlike 2020 elections when swing states got a free pass concerning their alleged ballot box fraud, we also have some hope that the Trump Administration will use its Section 2 oversight power to discourage elite, desperate Democrats and RINOs from stealing 2026 midterm elections.

Also consider that the 20th Amendment (20A) suspiciously (imo) moved the day that a new president takes office from early March to last half January, giving less time for Section 2 election integrity protections to be considered.

In fact, noting that parts of the Constitution could have been better written, it is nonetheless disturbing that an argument for the FDR era 20A was to get rid of "lame duck" time for the peacetime, constitutionally limited power (hint) Congress, the Constitution's drafters requiring the limited power Congress to meet only once a year.

Excerpted from 20A:

Section 1. The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.

Section 2. The Congress shall assemble at least once in every year, and such meeting shall begin at noon on the 3d day of January unless they shall by law appoint a different day.

He had better be represented by a good lawyer before he ignores a federal subpoena.

Why do you keep thinking he has the intention of ignoring a subpoena?

He was the one who reached out to the feds,,,iirc..

He’s trying to preserve the evidence and have it seen by DHS and FBI and others.

He’s expecting the county or gav or the legislators to pull another speed of lighting early dark thirty nick Shirley type legal lawfare move to prevent him from talking to a grand jury I think.

https://news.meaww.com/newsom-signs-13-election-bills-to-protect-california-ballots-citing-trump-interference-concerns

California Governor Gavin Newsom on Saturday, September 19, signed a package of 13 election-related bills....

...includes measures restricting the seizure of ballots and election records, imposing penalties for interference with mail ballots and limiting deceptive political advertising. Newsom and other California Democrats have said that the measures are intended to address concerns about potential federal involvement in the state’s elections...

You are being obtuse IMHO.

No, just not as deep in the details of the overall details as yourself.

Just making a judgement based on the story given.

California Tried To Shred These Ballots. The FBI Took Them Instead.

A California election official tore up the keys to his own ballot room — then the FBI subpoenaed what’s inside. This is the Shasta County ballot story nobody with a megaphone is telling.

In Redding, California, Registrar of Voters Clint Curtis says he found what look like counterfeit ballots: paper twice as thick, colors off, bubbles printed instead of marked, and pages that smell like fresh ink. So he sealed the room, padlocked it, and destroyed the keys so nobody — not even him — could get in. The state’s response? They scheduled those 2024 ballots for a shredder. Then a federal grand jury subpoenaed them to Sacramento.

Twenty years ago, Clint Curtis testified under oath before the U.S. Congress that he was asked to write software that could rig an election. They called him a conspiracy theorist. Today he runs a county elections office — and he’s the one raising the alarm.

This is the fight over election integrity, ballot security, and whether you’re even allowed to COUNT the paper. Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco seized 650,000 ballots over a 33,000-vote discrepancy (Prop 50). California Attorney General Rob Bonta sued to stop the count. Governor Gavin Newsom made it a felony to touch the ballots. Election attorney Alexander Haberbush breaks down the law. Activist Arne List spent $500 of his own money to file a restraining order to stop the shredder. And the U.S. Supreme Court just blocked the Trump administration’s USPS mail-in ballot rule before the midterms.

If these elections are clean — why won’t they let anyone count?

Description

“They’re Gonna Pull Their Tricks.” I Asked Trump’s Party Who “They” Are | Riverside & Shasta Ballots

45,896 ballots in Riverside County don’t match. The sheriff got a warrant to count them. The state sued to stop him. So I flew to Dallas and asked the number two in the entire Republican Party: who’s coming to help California? Her answer made me want to throw my phone at the wall.

KC Crosbie, co-chair of the Republican National Committee, sat down with me at the first-ever Republican Midterm Convention in Dallas. We talked about Sheriff Chad Bianco’s ballot seizure in Riverside County, Clint Curtis and the Shasta County ballots, the FBI showing up in Shasta, why California takes weeks to count when Florida knows by bedtime, the RNC’s 170+ election lawsuits, and who “they” are when Republicans say “they’re gonna pull their tricks.”

The machines say about 657,000 people voted in Riverside County’s special election. The poll workers’ own paper count says 611,000. Sheriff Bianco seized the ballots under a judge-signed search warrant. Attorney General Rob Bonta sued to make him stop. This morning the California Supreme Court ruled on Riverside. That’s the next video. Subscribe so you don’t miss it.

If there’s nothing in those boxes, why is the state fighting this hard to keep them shut? Tell me in the comments.
