For me it’s not approval, just resigned to the fact he’s still better than the alternatives.
Taking out the Iranian terror regime would appreciably improve those numbers.
These days (2017-2026) 40% is decent
I’ve always been in the same boat. Trump has been proven right on many things, and above all had the guts to actually try to change the machine.
Compared to so many in Washington that rates him pretty high. However, I also know that he had baggage. Who is perfect? that doesn’t exist and perhaps a truly “perfect” candidate wouldn’t have gotten this far.

Voting Republican is a no-brainer in this election. The Left is nuts and getting nuttier.
Right about where he tends to live.. low to mid 40s.. occassionally above or below, but that’s been his range most of his career.

Sadly, a high approval rating would mean he’s aiming to please the low-information majority - that’s not how revolutions work. The people who support what needs to be done are in the minority.
I doubt George Washington had a high approval rating during the American Revolution.

Same...lately he truly sucks, but is WAY better than the alternative. If he could just keep his mouth shut, and stay on point, he could have been one of the all-time great presidents...but he just keeps shooting himself in the foot and is starting to look increasingly insane and frantic.
It’s the economy, stupid.
