A bloodthirsty lunatic was spotted roaming around Sacramento in newly released video that captured the moments before he ran into a California family’s garage and tried to brutally murder them.
Sacramento police collected video of 23-year-old Fareyeshyi Allahdin’s final moments before officers shot him dead, saving an elderly mother and her grown daughter.
