The antisemitic Cornell University student who went viral for declaring that he’s “not interested in working for a Jew” has become a pariah among his peers — yet insisted this week he’s a campus celebrity, The Post has learned.
Austin Franco, whose unrelenting hate against the Jewish community made headlines, has been faced with hostility since returning to the upstate college for his junior year.
“He’s been getting dirty looks, sitting alone in class,” one student, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told The Post. The Ivy’s student-run newspaper, The Cornell Daily Sun, slammed the hater as a “grifter” who’s “profiting off of performative outrage” in an op-ed called “Franco’s Run Around the Media,” published Tuesday.
