A female juror in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial has defended the lone male holdout – admitting that he “was not the only one that was unwilling to see things from the other side.” The woman, who spoke to WBZ-TV on condition of anonymity, served as juror No. 5 in the high-profile Massachusetts trial, which ended Friday in a hung jury with an 11-1 split. “At the end of the day, there was so much doubt,” she told the outlet.

Mental illness and mass psychosis does not explain what we are seeing in the world, especially among women. It can only be classified as demonic.
When a civilization abandons God and turns to satan for entertainment, sex, child mutilation (and even sacrifice), homosexuality/lesbianism/transvestism, then there is only one cause - Demonic release. This has happened many many times in the history of our world, like clockwork. And again, like clockwork, it has been unleashed.

Well sitting from the sidelines I have no problem with the Jury’s verdict.

In listening to the interview, Juror #5 said she initially voted Clancy guilty. Then she said there were some dominating jurors who convinced her to vote Not Guilty by reason of Mental Defect.
Nothing was said in the interview as to whether or not on the first votes there were more than two jurors voting Guilty.
Not everyone has the same stiffness of backbone. Overall, “agreeableness” is a group trait more pronounced in females compared to males (or so says Jordan Peterson, and I believe him)
And I am not framing “agreeableness” in a negative light, but in a jury setting, it is a liability towards a just decision.
The confusion is caused by poor journalism.
She admitted it. Her lawyer said in court she did the deed (but claimed insanity) Psychiatrists and medical examiners documented that she told them she "heard a male voice in her head" telling her to do it. All the forensic evidence shows she killed her children.
Why I can't understand, and media reporting makes worse - was the trial actually about "is she sane or not?" No one is framing it in those terms.

FNC keeps running a clip where the Forewoman Karen is ripping into the one Man who held his ground. She said she was excited they were going to let the killer off but the guy said NO. God bless him.
Is insanity an affirmative defense in Massachusetts? In other words, does the defense have to prove the defendant insane?
