Moldova's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has criticized Moscow's plan to open additional polling stations for elections to the Russian State Duma in the unrecognized Transnistrian region.
According to Ukrinform, NewsMaker stated this in an article.
"The opening by Russia of an additional 16 polling stations in the Transnistrian region for elections to the Russian State Duma is unacceptable without the consent of Moldova's constitutional authorities," the diplomats said.
The Moldovan Foreign Ministry was responding to a statement by Vadim Krasnoselsky, leader of the unrecognized Transnistrian region, who said that 17 polling stations would be opened in Transnistria for the Russian State Duma elections.
The ministry noted that Moldova recognizes the right of foreign citizens residing on its territory to participate in elections organized by their respective countries.
"However, this right must be exercised with full respect for Moldova's sovereignty and territorial integrity. The organization of electoral processes by foreign states on the territory of the country must be agreed in advance with the constitutional authorities in Chisinau," the ministry said.
It noted that the Russian Embassy in Moldova had agreed with the country's authorities to open a single polling station in Chisinau.
"Under these circumstances, Russia's intention to additionally open 16 polling stations in the Transnistrian region without the consent of Moldova's constitutional authorities is unacceptable and constitutes a violation of the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity," Moldova's Foreign Ministry said.
Earlier, Transnistrian leader Vadim Krasnoselsky said that 17 polling stations would be opened in Transnistria in September for the Russian State Duma elections. Moldova's Bureau for Reintegration, commenting on the statement, said that opening such polling stations on Moldovan territory without the consent of the country's constitutional authorities would be illegal.
According to the Transnistrian leader, 220,000 Russian citizens live in Transnistria.
As Ukrinform reported, Moldovan President Maia Sandu strongly reacted to Russian President Vladimir Putin's decree simplifying the procedure for Transnistrian residents to obtain Russian citizenship, calling it a tool for mobilization for the war against Ukraine.

One of the consequences of losing WW2 was that between 12-14 million Germans were forcibly removed from the countries they were in.
Deport everyone who votes in the election starting with anyone who acts as an organizer or activist.
The current political entity known as Moldava has never controlled Transnistria. Transnistria separated from the the Moldavan SSR a full year before Moldava became an independent country.
The very first thing Moldava did as a new country was to declare war on Tranistria. Transnistria has been an independent country for 35 years.
Moldava lost the war with Transnistria.

Germans had been living in the Sudetenland since 11th century. 20th century saw an end to that.
The expulsion began in May 1945, and initially proceeded according to extremely brutal methods, despite the existence of a legal framework provided by the decrees of May 19, 1945 issued by President Beneš. These texts, called the “Beneš decrees,” considered on principle all citizens declaring themselves as German and as “non-trustworthy.” Military and paramilitary groups engaged in abuse during the first months, with the most serious and recent estimates approaching 30,000 deaths; this ultimately came to an end when the Potsdam Conference (July-August 1945) obliged Czechoslovakia to proceed with the expulsions with greater respect for the law of nations. In the end, approximately three million Germans were expelled and their property expropriated by Czech and Slovak states (where the proportion of deportees was much lower) until late October 1946.
The refugees, who arrived in a ravaged Germany, experienced disastrous material conditions which were compounded by the disarray caused by expulsion. While most Germans from Sudetenland found asylum in FRG territory, most of those from Moravia and Southern Bohemia crossed the Austrian border. The expropriation was radical and without compensation. It involved both the large estates of the nobility and possessions of all kinds, including companies and any goods that the Germans could not take with them.
If they instituted mass mail-in voting, no signature verification, 3rd party ballot harvesting, automatic driver and welfare registration, and need weeks to count the vote.....

Russia first formally agreed to withdraw its military from Transnistria in a bilateral agreement with Moldova signed on October 21, 1994 within a maximum period of three years (by 1997).
Russia made a firm, explicit commitment with a set deadline of December 31, 2002, to completely withdraw its forces from Moldova.
Russian officials, including statements reiterated by Russian ambassadors, continue to maintain a diplomatic position that Moscow has "never abandoned" the idea of withdrawal.
For every act of military aggression that Russia has committed in the last 30 years, there is a corresponding Russian lie about peace talks, peacekeeping, or negotiations. The Russian invasion of Georgia resulted in a so-called peace settlement that threatens Georgia’s borders to this day. Russia’s fake “peacekeeping” mission in Moldova turned an entire region of the country into an isolated island with no prospects. The peace agreement promised by Moscow to Ichkeria (known as Chechnya in Russian sources) ended with 50,000 to 80,000 people dead under brutal shelling.
Those in Transdniester were moved there by the USSR after 1945.

Russia will also set up voting stations in Crimea, and the votes have already been counted: Putin wins 100% of the votes, though nobody is able to vote in Crimea.
Predetermined results in the Russian elections will be certified by international elections committees, which already have the results certified by Putin and the Kremlin.
Transnistria pops up in action books and films as a getaway territory and base for Russian FSB and mercenaries.
