CALAVERAS COUNTY, Calif. — The Calaveras Unified School District is clarifying the timeline of Monday’s chaotic school bus incident, saying its review of bus video shows the situation began escalating within minutes of the bus arriving at its designated stop.
“Based on our review of the bus video footage, the bus was stopped for approximately four minutes while the driver addressed concerning student behavior, reviewed bus expectations, and asked students to calm down,” the district said. “During that time, a student exited the bus through a window.”
A 12-year-old student who was on the bus told KCRA 3 that students began getting up after the bus stopped.
“Everybody, like, went to go stand up as the bus stopped to go, like, walk out,” he said. “And then he was all like, no, sit down. Be quiet.”
According to the district, the situation escalated after those first four minutes. The district said a parent outside the bus began banging on the bus door and ultimately broke the glass in the door. Law enforcement was then contacted.
The district said the parent later climbed through an open bus window while waiting for law enforcement.

I’m trying to figure out who walked, who talked, and who sat down.
If the word “like” was stricken from our language, 2/3rds of the population would not be able to have a conversation.
More entertaining would be a shock collar programmed to strike at the utterance of the word.
The original posting of this a few days ago, was full of outraged freepers calling the bus driver a kidnapper.
Like, dude, do you, like, think it was, like, too much to, like, expect the little demons to, like, behave long enough to get off of the bus?
I think roof exits are also required.
Saw something like this on Youtube. Mom jumped in the bus because of some argument with the driver. Bad move. Mom now has an arrest record.

The parent needs to pay for damage to the school bus and go to jail if any laws were broken.
Note to self: Do not apply to be a school bus driver. The job is no longer like it was depicted on ‘Leave it to Beaver’.

This went on the entire first week of classes. Today, the district’s transportation director quit. However, PGCCS says that they’ve got everything straightened out, and not to worry come Monday morning.
(PG County is the wealthiest minority-majority county in the US. It’s right next to DC, of course.)

It always CRACKS ME UP when parents dump their kids into public schools and then get mad when those same public schools act the only way they know how...well, like public schools (abusing the kids).
