President Donald Trump on Friday said the U.S. has entered an agreement with Venezuela to take control of 65 billion barrels of the South American country’s oil reserves.
Trump in a social media post announced the agreement he said was negotiated by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Venezuela’s interim President Delcy Rodriguez.
“The United States of America has just entered into an Agreement with the Country of Venezuela on, THE BIGGEST OIL DEAL IN WORLD HISTORY!” Trump wrote.

Why can not a simple negotiation work in the middle east, but Venezuela just hands things over?
Cuba is begging for a new sugar daddy but there is nothing on the table?
And Canada is standing toe to toe with us on stupid stuff?

“The deal would give the U.S. a foothold in at least 17 of Venezuela’s most promising oil-and-gas fields, housing some 90 billion barrels of proven reserves, almost twice that of the U.S. Venezuela says it has 300 billion barrels of proven reserves, the largest in the world.
Some of the details the U.S. and Venezuela are still working out include whether the U.S. would create joint ventures with private companies, or whether the U.S. would hire companies to work the oil fields, according to one of the people.”

Trump just lowered gas prices for Americans at zero cost to taxpayers. This seems historic.

That probably won’t take long.
This deal could bring back the middle-class in Venezuela. It will be great for both countries. Remember, Venezuela was pretty much the richest country in South America before communism took over and destroyed everything capitalism had built.
