EXCLUSIVE: Fauci’s Institute Worked Hand In Glove With CIA, New Documents Confirm

Anthony Fauci’s division at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) provided cover for sensitive CIA research on bioterrorism threats, according to documents obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

An undated interagency agreement between the CIA and Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) appears to shed light on the origins of the institute’s involvement in biodefense. The CIA’s Biological Technology Center (BTC) initiated the collaboration on “forensic microbiology” on bioterrorism bugs for the intelligence community (IC).

CIA funds would be used to leverage pre-existing civilian research efforts in a way that would benefit both CIA and NIH, the documents state. Unclassified basic research on viruses “will be used to augment and complement” CIA research and development, the document says.

“Vice President Cheney assigned Fauci to head US biodefense research programs in 2002, including bioweapons-agents-development and bioweapons-agents-characterization research programs that approached, and arguably crossed, red lines set by the Biological Weapons Convention,” said Rutgers Chemistry Professor Richard Ebright, a longtime critic of NIAID’s pivot to this work, after reviewing documents shared by DCNF. “The documents show early steps in the process of transferring funding for, and direction of, CIA and DoD biodefense projects to Fauci’s agency, NIAID.”

The cold War Era had us stockpiling Sarin, Anthrax, and all other sorts of ruin country cocktails inside the United States, for loading on planes or rockets for delivery.

Common sense, technology, and reduced maintenance obligations created the perfect plan. Instead of launching sortees half way around the world, just build labs in every country as "bio-research" labs. Then when you want to deliver Ebola, Aids, Corona viruses, all with enhanced lethality with gain of function, you just let a few Beagles loose in the target zone.

The NIH should be involved in biodefense and, ethics aside, biowarfare... but why the CIA?

Biodefense/biowarfare is a military issue not an “intelligence” one (outside of gathering intel on what other nations are researching/implementing)

Was the CIA chartered for this by congress?
If not, was the CIA using this information for nation building purposes outside of military action? (EG you could use this stuff to destroy an opposing nation’s crops)
Why was the CIA working with China on this? (Because they had to be)

I’m forgetting again why we have a CIA and fund it with multiple millions of dollars a year without having to have it answer to us about specifics.

If the CIA were great we would be saying: “The new government leadership in Iran has ousted the oppressive regime...” Not “Iran continues to claim it will demand full toll restrictions on any ship going through the Strait of Hormuz.”

So there you have it. COVID was intended to be a bioweapon. Obama stopped GoF research in the US, so they moved it to China because they were getting too much money from, and had a contract with the CIA.
