Picture Slow Joe in the green room, pre-debate. His physician comes in and says, “This injection will ensure maximal cognitive performance.” Then DOCTOR jill comes in. “Drink this Joe. Hurry up. For God’s sake don’t spill it.” Then his handlers pop in. “Take these, boss, just a bit of insurance.” Then Hunter sidles in. “Take a couple of puffs, Pop. It’ll perk you right up.” Yeah, he was drugged alright.
It was obvious that during several of Joes speeches and public appearances he was drugged. His strange behavior during his infamous Philadelphia speech as case in point. Jill Biden certainly knew he was being drugged and likely organized his team to chemically prop him up.
That wild cocktail of drugs fed to Sleepy Joe just before the debate probably caused that stroke that was on display for everyone to see.
“Doctor” Jill probably was not far off in her analysis of the situation.

The drugs were given to him to keep him standing up during the debate - I knew he was drugged when he came onto the stage looking like and walking like an absolute zombie.
His handlers said he could’t focus during debate training, wanted to take a nap, cut it short, couldn’t answer questions coherently - exactly as he appeared on the stage.
Exactly as he was throughout his presidency.
