WISCONSIN (TNND) — The Wisconsin State Fair ended with multiple fights Sunday, leaving one officer injured and seven people under arrest.
Video obtained by Fox6 Milwaukee showed dozens of people running through the fairgrounds. At one point, a person appeared to be curled in the fetal position on the ground while at least five others punched and kicked them.
