Alaska Senate Primary Results 2026 Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan is seeking a third term and faces a serious Democratic challenger, former Rep. Mary Peltola, who has won statewide previously despite Alaska’s usual GOP lean. Alaska runs all-party primaries, with the top four finishers regardless of party advancing to a general election decided by ranked choice voting. MARY PELTOLA and DAN SULLIVAN are advancing to the general election
Mary Peltola DEM 63,364 48.0%
Dan Sullivan GOP 56,510 42.8% (Incumbent, the real Dan Sullivan)
Daniel Sullivan Jr. GOP 3,222 2.4% (the fake Dan Sullivan, did not have the Rep designation on the ballot)
David Leslie DEM 1,491 1.1%
Gerald Heikes GOP 1,468 1.1%
Heather McElwain GOP 800 0.6%
Carol Hafner DEM 753 0.6%

In 2022, Lisa M was running against several Republicans so it is difficult to compare to 2026. This is the top four in the primary advanced.
Republican Lisa Murkowski (incumbent) 85,794 45.05%
Republican Kelly Tshibaka 73,414 38.55%
Democratic Patricia Chesbro 12,989 6.82%

Alaska appears to have very poor voter participation. 135,000 votes could win the election outright.
Alaska Voter Reg breakdown Dems: 69,792 Libs: 6,098 Reps: 141,851 Nonpartisan: 81,636 Undeclared: 297,084 * Also have 11 minor parties that have very few each
I forgot to add up the vote totals.
131,910 valid ballots cast in the 2026 primary. (Don’t know how many blank or rejected ballots there are — with rank choice, there are usually a higher number of overvotes).
This 60,000 below the total ballots cast in the 2022 primary. And 134,090 who voted in the 2022 general election.
Dan Sullivan could turn enough votes considering Alaska voter reg leans Republican.
What in thew world is going on in Alaska?
Republicans have to spend $ here.
Dem Petola got as many votes as all 7 Republican candidates combined. Republicans need to do a better job of TURNOUT. MAGA especially needs to understand TURNOUT.
This underhanded Democrat trick to run a fake Dan Sullivan now ensures that the Democrats will win this Senate seat in November. This would never have happened if ranked choice voting had been repealed previously.
Lisa Murkowski is undermining the conservative agenda in Congress because of the bizarre Alaska election process.
Of course, it didn’t help that Mitch McConnell and his minions, like Tim Scott, enthusiastically endorsed, and funded, Murkowski in 2022.
It just shows the democrats are smarter than we are.
Now they are recycling plot elements from 30-year old Eddie Murphy movies.
“Dan Sullivan - The Name You Know...”
"Lock her up, lock her up"..."I told them to leave her alone" TRUMP has screwed up big time.
The JUSTICE WING is going to teach the quisling Benedict Arnold types a hard lesson Nov 3rd. The left is already shooting. If the only justice we can have is to fire the 'republicans' who refuse THEIR DUTY to arrest, impeach, strip assets(RICO-Soros-Singham) during the last few years of civilized America, then we'll take it.
Zero arrests, ZERO MIDTERM VOTES!
Call your reps. Give them the deadline and consequences.
Follow through, like I did in last night's primary.
If they won't see the light, make them feel the heat.
76 days.
Not good.
