The US military says it intercepted multiple missiles launched by Iran, marking the first reported Iranian attack on an American target since President Donald Trump declared over the weekend that he would halt strikes following two weeks of fighting.
“Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps forces launched multiple ballistic missiles from Iran in an attempted surprise attack on US forces based in the Middle East,” Central Command (CENTCOM) writes on X, adding that “all Iranian missiles were successfully intercepted.”

I should think everything within a few miles of the missile's origin would be toast.
I think the count of missiles and drones targeted at Israel is over 5,000 now, with a handful of hits.
You’d think they’d give up.
They’ve had better luck in the Arab states, but it’s still something like 1000 shots to one hit.
“all Iranian missiles were successfully intercepted”
We should drop millions of leaflets all over the country telling the 90 million people that either they can take out the leadership of their country or we will do it by destroying all bridges and power plants.
They used up all of their Chinese missiles?
However, the Iranians can still claim the attacks were profitable because it costs less for them to launch a missile than it does for the missile to be intercepted.
We’ll deduct it from their frozen funds.
I guess they wanted to spoil Lindsey Graham’s funeral today with this lil message. Seriously enough of this crap and bomb their asses into oblivion
President Trump, please take territory from Iran. I want to win!
Would make more sense to hit their motorcycle supplier.
I suspect the IRGC has ringed every launch site with human shields, hoping for a US strike.
The missiles won't score, but the PR photos of dead civilians will --- and they don't mind a few dead civilians anyway.
All of the Iranian missiles are either rail or truck launched. The fixed launch sites are dust.
“We should drop millions of leaflets all over the country telling the 90 million people that either they can take out the leadership of their country or we will do it by destroying all bridges and power plants.”
We should be dropping millions of Iranian counterfeit bank notes all over the country, if we are not already.
Make sure every Iranian has enough money to buy 100 gallons of milk or gasoline if they want - and let the government tell them no.
President Trump said we are going to use Iran’s frozen assets but I think he specifically said damages. So, yes take land!
I'm sure you're right. They're using mobile launchers, in vulnerable places like schoolyards, hospitals etc.
They hope their missiles kill Americans, but if we kill Iranian civilians, that's good too...
I guess that ends our talks with them. Or Trump could announce tomorrow that they launched on accident, and they really want to negotiate. Everything is going great!
“Who didn’t see this coming? “
POTUS.
” All of the Iranian missiles are either rail or truck launched. The fixed launch sites are dust”
Shame that we don’t have enough Drone, Satellite, eyes on the ground to whack mobile units even if it’s after they get a shot off. If that’s the case, not encouraging we won’t will get nickle and dimed forever. May need to put some elite troops / air support on the ground in hot spots.
“Who didn’t see this coming?“
POTUS.
Get a grip, loser
