President Trump’s pet legislation—the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, or SAVE America Act—would require Americans to provide documented proof of citizenship upon registering to vote, usually a passport or birth certificate. This, the act’s proponents argue, would prevent noncitizen actors from illegally registering and participating in American elections. The recently revealed registration mishap in New Jersey has led to renewed advocacy for the act. Vice President JD Vance weighed in; so, too, did Sen. NJ has both types. NJ has a few non-citizens who intentionally register to vote. NJ has many non-citizens who did not intend to register to vote. But the poorly coded software registered them.
The same distinction is needed with welfare fraud. Sue Smith, Susan Smith and Susan Jones-Smith have the same DOB, SSN and are the same person. Susan is unsophisticated and thinks nothing of using the names interchangably (Just as I used Bob and Robert interchangably). But when Deloitte IES Integrated Eligibility System and its EMPI Enterprise Master Person Index intentionally give Susan 3 ID and 3 benefit plans that is FRAUD as it is FRAUD to state in a contract that you will deliver a Master Person Index when you deliver one that has DUPLICATES. Likewise it is FRAUD when the Master Person Index and database have known DEAD as active members.
FRAUD WASTE and ABUSE exist in voter registration, in Welfare, in many government contracts and processes. But there is a distinction between unintentional Susan and intentional Deloitte.

It is rather incredible that all of the myriad voter “snafus” — thousands and thousands of them throughout the years, always favor the democrats. National elections, state elections, local elections, elections for dog catcher, there are always “irregularities” and the democrats always get the benefit. Is there maybe a pattern here?
I don’t know why nobody is questioning how she won her election. Obviously she benefited from rampant fraud.

Yes, but no. It has always been illegal to register to vote or to vote in the United States federal elections. So, technically, assuming everybody abides by the law, that doesn’t happen.

Add to that, all voting districts must turn in their results at the same time. That way the democrat cities don’t have time to “find” the votes necessary to overcome a deficit.

New Jersey has automatic voter registration. Any resident who interacts with the stateâÂÂs Motor Vehicle Commission and meets eligibility requirements is registered to vote........ unless they opt out.
The 6,600 noncitizens in question did not try to break the law. They went to the commission for some other purpose (e.g., noncitizens are allowed to obtain a driverâÂÂs license).
And they all selected âÂÂnoncitizenâ when prompted.
Unfortunately, a software error (the governorâÂÂs team is still investigating) changed that selection to an affirmation of citizenship
You can be totally sure. The SAVE Act will not pass, a good deal because of Thune, but others as well. Lindsay/Turtle are gone, neither to ever vote. Cornyn and others are obstacles. Nevertheless, SAVE has a purpose - esposing and revealing the mess in Congress.
Besides, even if we did have SAVE now, the primaries already held, candidates selected, are based on tainted voter rolls. Primaries to come now and in the next few weeks would not be affected. 11/3 would then be based on candidates selected by faulty primaries.
The next viable path is Trump declaring a National Emergency with respect to elections. NOT as POTUS, but as CIC. Civilian courts then cannot interfere. Subsequent EO’s will lay out what SAVE would have done.
11/3 will be postponed 6-24 months, to sort things out. Expect re-constituted voter rolls, this time not on town/city basis, but on a county basis. There are a tad over 3000 counties nationwide, easier to manage and insure are run fair and square.

The "SNAFU" is a blatant "in-your-face" misdirection by NJ.
NJ talks about voters who expressly noted they were noncitizens when the actual error involved counting the much greater votes of illegals who simply marked their driver license applications as citizens.
In that regard, the error is that NJ made no reasonable effort to determine whether a voter in a federal election was or was not a citizen, it simply took their word on it.
The Act, if properly worded, will provide the basis for rejection of electoral certificates introduced in a federal election by those states who have not reasonably determined its voters to be citizens.
Workaround? Gemini AI says that the Board of EAC Election Assistance Commission is now empty. But its 68 staff are still functioning business as usual.
