The late Sen. Lindsey Graham ranked among the bottom half of Congress’ big earners despite more than three decades in office and a top role leading the GOP.

Graham, 71, died Saturday night with a net worth of nearly $1.5 million, leaving the senator, who had a modest upbringing in South Carolina, ranked at 294th in wealth among the 535 voting members of Congress, according to data from the Quiver Quantitative tracker.

Graham died of a “brief and sudden illness” on Saturday evening following a trip to Ukraine, according to his office. His preliminary cause of death was a ruptured aorta brought on by chronic heart disease, the DC medical examiner’s office found.

Died from "A ruptured aorta brought on by chronic heart disease[.]" It looks like a tragic, quick death, quite similar to what happened to a man who was close to being my best friend who had a ruptured aorta, but had it repaired, add, while in a nursing home recovering, suffered two strokes that eventually killed him.

We don’t know for a fact what his assests were anymore than we know for a fact what killed him.

What I do know for certain...

That I will never take News Corp’s word on the subject.

Evidently he did not use his elected position as a grifting mechanism as many politicians do.

That’s integrity.

Please inform sacajaweau.

He had a good life. Congress takes care of it’s members and being safely ensconced he didn’t need much. Like a catholic priest with no sex life. Too busy tending their flock I guess.

I did not know until yesterday that Lindsey was a Col in the USAF and served there for 30+ years.

A guy with no sex and no family, who is treated very well by everyone who wants his ear.He needs no money. He was never going to retire. He was never going to leave money to family. His sister inherits everything. Money can’t buy him the power and perks that he had.

Graham had his issues but one thing for sure: Trump, Israel & MAGA has lost a staunch ally.

I friend I knew in Atlanta was having some sort of medical procedure and it was coincidently discovered he had a vascular aneurysm in the aorta. It would have popped in his near future. He was on the table for 11 hours having it successfully repaired. Like a lot of my friends he is older, 70 or more by now and doing well, the last I heard.

Whether it was General Mark Milley, Mueller, Comey, Fauci, Liz Cheney, or Hunter Biden - Lindsey Graham was there to see they were protected and the propaganda flowed to protect the Deep State Actors.

Did you see where the Israel Prine Minstwr wanted less financial aide from the US? Based on it not being needed? He said Lindsey Graham went balllistic and insisted on the opposite.

There’s a big problem. Lindsey Graham wanted to Cut Social Security retirement for Americans.

So he was an honest. He didn’t profiteer from his position. You may not have agreed, but he clearly did what he felt was best and not what made money.

Update...

Truth Details
Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

I recommended, to Governor Henry McMaster, Lindsey Graham’s wonderful sister, Darline, to serve as interim Senator from the Great State of South Carolina. This would be a fabulous tribute to Lindsey, who loved her dearly! President DONALD J. TRUMP

He stayed true to his South Carolina roots showing integrity by focusing on public service rather than personal enrichment. A grounded man who never forgot where he came from.

Almost the same here. Guy at about 68, had aneurysm, went to local hospital. It was determined that he needed a bigger hospital an hour away. In ‘stabilizing him’ they killed him before he even started the transport. His ‘ex-’ was with him, despite being divorced they lived together. She was retired nurse and was powerless to do anything. Florida law prohibited her being estranged from bringing any action against those who were incompetent.

Graham had no wife or kids. His parents died when he was young. He had one sister in South Carolina who was 10 years younger than him, and two nieces. So very limited family network to worry about. If he was possibly gay, he certainly didn’t act it out. He seemed rather androgynous. Sex is very strong part of the power-seeking mind (just look at the worlds emperors and dictators) and Graham wasn’t interested in it.

He could literally dedicate his whole life to politics

I, of course, know nothing about Graham’s sister, Darline. But on name and the sympathy factor, she would surely easily win over some Commiecrat Dem.
