Donald Trump Jr. appeared on FOX News fter attending the preliminary hearing for accused Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson. Trump Jr. spoke about the hearing and his efforts to preserve Kirk's legacy.
"The impact that Charlie had on so many Americans on so many youth is, you know, frankly generational," Trump Jr. said. "It could have been so much more, but it was important to be there and to see the actual facts laid out, Bill, because there was so much stuff that, you know, amidst the noise and the internet chatter that was laid out that, you know, I had never heard and makes this case very cut and dry to me."
DONALD TRUMP JR.: I'm there to not only honor Charlie's legacy, to support Erika, his parents who were there, you know, seated all in the row with us. It was just important to be there. It's a legacy that really needs to be preserved. The impact that Charlie had on so many Americans on so many youth is, you know, frankly generational. BILL HEMMER, FOX NEWS: So I want to ask you about that. Based on, I'm listening to all the legal analysts who were in court as well, and they're suggesting the evidence is overwhelming. And how did the prosecution's case sound to you in court?
TRUMP: Very strong and the defense sounded very weak. The defense...

I wish I shared his confidence.
I know he was friends with Charlie, but why would you publicly make this statement? This gives the defense more ammo to use to show he didn’t get a fair trial. If you or I say it, no big deal, but he is a yuge public figure with many followers.
Not sure, but I don’t think he should be chiming in with this... Soon, all the lefties will be rooting for him to be acquitted
Mr. Trump has provided the defense with an srgument that any jury will, necessarily be tainted.
I was thinking the same thing. Conttaminating the jury pool could get any conviction thrown out.
> If you or I say it, no big deal, but he is a yuge public figure with many followers.
My first thought as well, but it’s pretty clear this guy’s getting nailed to the wall regardless of appeals. he confessed to numerous people before the police.
You know....you know...
Stay out of it, Don jr.
Don’t make it so easy for defense to ask for a mistrial. due to a tainted jury. Who asked him?
Don Jr. saying dumb sh*t, as always.
Is there any Trump that can just close their yapper on these kinds of matters?
Let’s have all the celebrities hang out at the court house and tell us their opinions! Sometimes its best to just say nothing.
Judge Grafe must be a light weight legal scholar in draging this trial out,,,,,Maybe he’s trying to demonstrate Provo Legal System as a superior process when this is a simple murder trial. What a waste of time.

Life in prison is guaranteed.
I do not know how Utah determines the death penalty.
Many death penalty states require a separate unanimous jury vote in favor.
Because of the politics involved, he can probably get one NO death penalty vote from most juries.
He’s got a big mouth like bis dad.
Nonsense.
A non-biased juror is one who is open to all of the evidence presented in a trial and only that evidence.
It shouldn't matter what that heard before the trial.
If Robinson is not found guilty IMHO it will be because, behind the scenes, there are enough leads/evidence/etc to suggest that if Robinson faces a firing squad the true reason for the assassination will die with him.
Another take is that he will be found guilty, secretly confess to who approached him with the assassination idea (and probably much money), and then he will face the squad.
In either case the left desperately wants Robinson dead. Kirk had the potential to be a tremendous political adversary as he grew in age and experience.
Another one afraid of people speaking their opinions.
The free world is filled with opinions. Any potential juror who isn't a hermit will hear them.
