We need to intervene with AI inside the firearms to know the disproportionate impact. Firearms should be designed to shoot only non-Blacks until the disproportionate impact has been rectified with proportionate numbers of non-Blacks impacted.

IT would be important to not only know in whom the bullet ended, it is important to know from whose gun that bullet was fired.

These men were killed by other men. The instrument used by these other men to kill them was a firearm.
If the author Tom Latchem was truly concerned about the prematurely ended lives of Black men he would write about the Why of these murders.
Why are Black men killing each other in alarming frequency.
How they kill each other is of little importance, they can kill each other with knives or baseball bats.
The fact that they kill each other with as little regard for the life they are taking shows a lack of morals that should alarm everyone in the community.
Someone that is willing to take the life of another person in their community with as little hesitation as they would fart in public is an indication a community in drastic decline.
Every human life has value. Every man can produce something of value. If you are willing to destroy that value for nothing more than an insult you are severely lacking in moral foundation and are a savage.
If there are this many savages in your community, what is to be said of your community?
