How Deep Are the Newsoms in It? THIS Deep.

It seems impossible — or just too revolting — to keep up with the financial hanky-panky of California Gov. Gavin Newsom and First Partner (gag) Jennifer Siebel Newsom. But thanks to a couple of investigative reporters with stronger stomachs than I have, let's see if I can't put everything you need to know into one easily digestible column.

I love it when other people do my dirty work for me, so let's get started.

"Today, my wife & I joined Donald Trump’s hit list," Newsom practically boasted on Monday. "He has directed his Department of Justice to investigate us. They have not found a crime — they are simply trying to find one."

Well, let's see what Fox Business anchor Liz MacDonald and my old friend and Red State colleague Jen Van Laar have to say about that.

MacDonald said Tuesday that the DOJ probe "is about California Democrats’ modern-day machine politics," which she described as a "feedback loop of Sacramento-corporate lobbyists-governor/wife nonprofit-behested nonprofit donations-lucrative state contracts-Sacramento."

Don't bother writing all this down — there won't be a quiz at the end of today's column. You're welcome.

"The modern Sacramento machine trades corporate compliance and nonprofit funding/donations for policy access and state business," MacDonald added, and then explained how that grift (allegedly!) worked for the Newsoms:

The Party has unleashed such a tsunami of government incompetence against the public that the stealing is hard to trace.

Why should Newscum and his wife be held to the same standards as regular serfs??

I know this is going to be a very naive sounding question, but shouldn’t it be illegal for anyone in government to go on fishing expeditions. Isn’t that unconstitutional? Doesn’t that defy reasonable suspicion and probably cause?

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

The media has you convinced it is a fishing expedition. I trust that Trumps team does have some real evidence to build on.

If the Greens in Oregon have their way it will be illegal for anyone but Indians to go on fishing expeditions.

“stealing hard to trace” ?

Try to focus on one area at a time. Example:
Deloitte makes massive campaign donations to Democrats in 2013 and is awarded a big CALWIN contract for California welfare eligibity software systems (known as IES Integrated Eligibility System in other states).

This despite the fact that Deloitte had just successfully dodged exposure of the fraud of its Unemployment Compensation Software System.

Deloitte CALWIN is not only FRAUD itself. CALWIN makes possible much of the fraud of recipients and providers.

Deloitte has been doing this in CA since 2013. The year 2013 because the Obama years saw a massive increase in both the size and complexity of welfare that was the excuse for the new SOFTWARE from DELOITTE to handle modern welfare.

GA had the same experience with Deloitte as CA. The CIO of GA Dept of Community Health went to great lengths to get Deloitte to develop non-fraudulent welfare software. Deloitte did not fight with facts and logic. It fought in the swamp. One of its arguments was “Well CA and all the other states are doing it.” And in CA its line was that “GA and all the other states are doing it.” In the SWAMP in GA Deloitte won over governor Deal and the honest CIO lost.

There have been whistleblowers over the years that have shown much of the path of FRAUD WASTE ABUSE. This has included both conservative/right wing voices and leftwing voices such as KFF.

It takes effort. But it is not “hard to trace”. The first step is not not accept the line: “Well, everyone else is doing it.”

CATO, PARAGON and others are putting on a big show on FRAUD on JUNE 23. We’ll see what they have to say.

It is illegal if there is no evidence suggesting a crime has been committed. But that is not the case here. There is overwhelming evidemce that crimes of fraud have have been committed, and that these crimes have not gotten the examination that are warranted to have taken place. These fraud claims are rampant across many of the state of California's agancies, and that the fraud has existed for decades.

What may be construed as you being naive, may be that there has been ample evidence presented of these fraud crimes that are stealing tax dollars from the citizens of California, along with accepting Newscum's claim that there has been no such crime has veen found.

Other than that your question was valid.

As for who will watch the watchmen, it is more than apparent that Democrat politicaian's can not be expected to do so.

Hope that helps. 😁🤙

It isn't just the Newsoms: their case simply exmplifies the whole cesspool of corruption that is the Democratic Party's MO.

It's a criminal organization, not a political party, and should be treated that way.
